Newly open is the International Bowls Club at Winter Gardens which is available to non residents and is open all year round. Conveniently situated for Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Golf del Sur is built around a 27 hole Championship golf course and is ideally located on the south coast of Tenerife, only a 10 minute drive from Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) Airport. Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a 15 minute drive away to the west, with the popular Canarian towns of Los Abrigos and El Medano a 10 minute drive away to the east.

Apartment Details: The apartment is very spacious with a two seater sofa and three seater sofabed. A large luxurious marble bathroom has WC, bidet and large round bath with shower. The terrace has sun loungers and patio furniture with lovely views of the ocean and over the pool. (Note: Many rental properties on this complex are not front line and mainly have views of the apartments in front of them. Many of our guests regularly return and provide extremely positive feedback about their stay (see our guest book). The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay an enjoyable one! There is a large pool area with plenty of sunbeds.

Golf Information: The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the fantastic PGA approved 27 hole Championship Golf Course at Golf Del Sur which has hosted the European Tour 'Tenerife Open'. This fantastic course has delightful areas of native flora and exceptional bunkers of black, volcanic sand which is typical of the Island. Top names are frequent players here and the splendid Clubhouse is within easy walking distance. Facilities include club rental, golf cart rental, golf teacher, putting green, practice tee, sports shop, coffee shop, restaurant, bowling and tennis. Amarilla Golf, Golf Las Americas, Real Club de Tenerife and the new Costa Golf Adeje are also situated within easy driving distance.

Local Interest: The complex of Sand Club is very quiet yet only minutes walk away from the many facilities offered. Bars ,restaurants, entertainment, shopping, car rental, hairdressers, Church,and many more. Mount Teide is only an hour drive away with all the wonderful views on the way. Crazy golf can be found behind the clubhouse next to the real thing!! Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Santa Cruz etc. can be reached by public transport which offer a very good service or taxis which offer very reasonable rates. Coach trips can be booked locally to Mount Teide, Icod, La Oratavia and other local places of interest. Also car hire is available at excellent rates. (Don’t forget the driving licence). Within walking distance is the well renowned local fishing village of Los Abrigos with its promenade of excellent fish restaurants.

Fab time had in Feb / March 2008

Excellent location for a quiet ish time away. Balcony overlooking pool fantastic location. Plenty of choice of restaurants - mainly british, but excellent " Big Al's, Country Kitchen and Taj Mahal. Will definitely go back. Already recommended to friends who are planning on going out later this year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thanks for the excellent feedback - it's always nice to hear from guests about how they enjoyed their holiday. There are also a number of other international restaurants next to the main square providing a variety of cuisine such as Tapas, Italian, etc.

Great location,amazing view of the ocean,close to shops and any outside activities,if you travel with bicycle it's easy and safe to store in your apartment,i had great time with my friend!!Thank you,and I will recommend this apartments in the future.

Just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in your apartment. The bathroom certainly lived up to expectations and breakfast on the balcony was something we looked forward to as the weather was kind to us- AB;
