Luxury sea view 1 bedroom apartment

A superb newly build apartment block situated on the sea front giving spectacular views and sunsets. Very tastefully furnished to the highest standards an only 15 minutes from the airport. A coastal path runs in front of the building giving interesting walks in both directions. The heated swimming pools are well sheltered but offer views out to sea. For the keen golfer there are 2 courses within easy reach.

The Golf del Sur is a quiet region of Southern Tenerife. The apartment is close to all amenities such as restaurants bars and supermarket. Trips can be organised to see mount Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, and other trips round the island and into the main Towns, the closest of which is Los Cristianos and Las Americas. From there trips to see the Whales and Dolphins can be arranged. Next door to the Golf is a very pretty fishing village Los Abrigos with excellent fish restaurants.

    For the Christmas/New year period add £50 to the rental charge

Sheets and blankets are provided and changed on a weekly basis or more often if required at an extra cost.
