Winter Gardens. This exciting development on Golf del Sur was completed in 2002, it features an all weather floodlit bowling green made to international standards. Two apartments with 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, approached by either stairs or a lift, with a balcony, which receives sun from morning until night. The 2-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor accessed by either stairs or lift, and has a sea view from the balcony. On site there is a good sized swimming pool and children's pool alongside a restaurant which is open all day for snacks and drinks. Also on the complex is a gymnasium with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Two garages are available on the complex should you hire a car. Please contact owners for website details of useful flight agents. This complex is in a very quiet area with no more than 20 people using the sunbeds.

This three twin bedded apartment sleeps 6 and has a double sofa bed in the large lounge area, this leads on to a spacious balcony which receives sun from morning until night. A good sized kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven, toaster and WASHING MACHINE and all requirements for 6 persons. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, there is also a separate shower room. In the lounge is a television CD cassete and Radio. Do to the problems we have had with the Sky TV we have now put in BBC 1, BBC2, ITV3, CHANNEL 4,there is a chance that these channels will freeze this is out of our control, Linen and towels are provided and a TRAVEL COT IS AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE.

Winter Gardens is approximately 15 minutes walk from San Blas, restaurants and live free entertainment. Near to the complex is an excellent Chinese restaurant, Tapas bar, very good fish restaurant and also an Irish bar Pedros is now open on Winter Gardens + a Japanese Harbour Lights and a Mexican plus 2 or 3 other Restaurants 100 mts away on the sea front. A new marina is only 250 metres away.There is a large sandy beach at El Medano about 4 miles away Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas is about 15 minutes drive away.

Out & about the region.: Winter Gardens is approximately 15 minutes walk from San Blas Shops, Restaurants and live free entertainment. Near to the complex is an excellent Chinese restaurant, Tapas bar, very good fish restaurant and Irish bar. Something to suit everyone. A new marina is only 250 metres away. Situated at the nearby golf club is putting green, driving range and mini golf, there is also a tennis court. A short walk from San Blas is the fishing village called Los Abrigas where some of the finest seafood restaurants in Tenerife can be found. Because of the terrain this walk is only suitable in daylight. The nearest large beach is at El Medano about 4 miles away Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas is about 15 minutes drive away.

Our sunshine holiday at 16 Winter Gardens

Dear John

We have been back in Scotland for four days and wish we were back in the sunshine at Golf De Sur. We have been to Tenerife three times and stayed near San Blas first time and different apartments in Winter gardens for the other two. The apartment was first class, clean and location was great. the little touches that were there made it home from home, even down to a cool box which we used when sitting at the pool to keep our water cold. Bedding and towels were changed at the start of our second week by a lovely lady.
Thank you John for getting in touch with us so quickly after our enquiry and making the booking easy. You made me feel very welcome and phoned me on numerous occations. I will recommend the apartment to all my friends.
Ps If looking for a nice meal try the Chinese Restaurant in San Blas and the small restaurant opposite apartment next to chinese. Staff are really nice and make you very welcome. They were so nice to my granddaughter that we went back a few times, and when we left came over and said goodbye to us.

Didn't we have a lovelee time....

The property was spacious and comfortable. We had all the things we needed in the property, which was very clean as well. The 4 of us went end Sept/start Oct and it was very quiet; which suited us very well. Loads of room by the pool. All of the residents were extremely welcoming and friendly. We had a superb paela at the on site restaurant. Brilliant fish restaurant at Los Abrigos harbour. Great lido pool in between Golf del Sur and Los Abrigos. We enjoyed the street-side balcony; watching the world go by. We needed to get up by 8.30 to get the croissants over the road! Need a car to get out and about. If you cook in you need to go to the larger supermarkets for the wider choice. Irish bar 100m with v.good pub grub and great to watch the footie!! On Euro night had all the games on in different bars. Not roudy, just great fun.

First time to Tenerife! Good experience.

This was a well maintained property with a good size balcony which had some lovely smells coming from the different restaraunts down the road.
The pool area was a personal hit as there arent close beaches. Bus service not brilliant but enough to get you around the resorts that have beaches.
The restaraunts were of a good standard in food which was a pleasant surprise.
Enjoyed a visit to see the dolphins and a glimpse of a whale.
I would recommend to a friend.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and very easy to find.
It was a good distance from Playa la Americas- around 20 euroes in a taxi.
In Winter Gardens there is a great restaurant with other bistros just opposite.
When we had a slight problem in the apartment, Tony was very helpful and friendly.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday with a great apartment

The apartment was spotless, and had everything you need for a relaxing confortable holiday.
Plenty of room for a large family - 8 of us!
Lovely clean fresh decor, modern furniture and bedding. Safe for children and close to shops and restaurants
Good service on arrival and there was always someone on hand if we needed information
Pool well maintained, clean and secure entry
Very good value for money, well worth a visit
