Located on the championship golf course of Golf Del Sur on the popular Sand Club complex, this high quality apartment is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. The apartment offers a twin bedroom with two double wardrobes and ample coat hangers. There are two double bed settees in the spacious lounge, which leads onto a private balcony. The fully fitted kitchen has all mod cons, including a washer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, microwave and sandwich toaster. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. The spacious pool area has plenty of sun beds. There is also a children's pool. For the more adventurous, diving, paragliding, windsurfing, rock climbing are all available close, by together with golf courses, crown green bowling, go-karting and much more. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and bars. Car hire is not essential, but for those who like to explore this is an ideal base.

• Prices based on two people sharing, and includes all bed linen and towels (not beach towels, please bring your own).
  For 3 people please add £20 per week, for 4 people please add £30 per week.

  DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM BOOKINGS PLEASE RING TO DISCUSS.
  There are no hidden extras. Electrical goods ie kettle, toaster, hair-dryer, fans, iron etc. are included in the price quoted. Most holiday companies who use the complex (Thomson's, Jet2 etc) will charge extra for electrical goods.
  You are met upon your arrival at the apartment and return your keys locally when you leave - no posting/waiting for keys.
  
• There is a non returnable £50 deposit payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. A £50 per week, returnable, security deposit will be required. There is no extra charge for evening/late departures. We do not accept overlapping bookings (arrivals on departure days). This ensures that you are able to use the apartment right up until the time you need to leave for the airport.

Flights

Getting to Tenerife is easy with both charter and scheduled (Monarch Airlines, Ryan Air, Easy Jet) are available from airports all around the UK. Below are various airlines which fly to the island. We have regularly found return flights from £100 or less and these were not short notice last minute flights either. AS WE ARE FLEXIBLE ON CHANGEOVER DAYS WHY NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CHEAPER MIDWEEK FLIGHTS. Monarch Airlines - has a daily scheduled service with return flights. Excel Airlines, easy jet, Jet2., Thomson's - fly from most regional UK airports. Please contact us if you require web addresses or telephone numbers.

Resort Information

The resort of Golf Del Sur is built around the 27 hole Championship Golf Course, right on the coast. The Sand Club is just a couple of minutes away from the commercial centre - San Blas - where there is a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The Atlantic Ocean is close by and the coastal path is soon to link up with the marina at Amarilla Golf resort. At the nearby Wintergardens a championship bowling green and gymnasium are open to the public daily. The renowned area of Los Abrigos, with its excellent array of fish restaurants is a short walk across the beach away. El Medano is close by with all kinds of water sports available on the long sandy beach. The resort is on the local bus route, so getting about is cheap and easy. Taxis are easily available.

Sand Club Complex.

The complex is an attractive two storey complex, white walls and traditional terracotta tiled roof, The walkways through the complex are well lit and clean. The pool area is gated, ensuring only Sand Club guests use it. There is a large free-form pool with children's splash pool. The area around the pool is spacious and there are free sunbeds for your use. In the apartment there is a cool-bag (ice packs in the freezer) to keep your poolside snacks and drinks cool. The complex is minutes away from the popular San Blas Commercial centre, with is array of bars and restaurants offering variety of cuisine to suit all tastes - traditional British, Italian, Spanish, Indian & Chinese. There are also Mexican and Japanese restaurants and more bars at the new marina Excursions can booked at reception or in the square. These include Jeep Safari, Scuba Diving, Quad Biking, Horse Riding and much more. There is also a Submarine Safari available at the new Marina.

Golf Information:

There are two courses locally, the 27 hole Championship Course of Golf Del Sur (which is within walking distance) and the Amarilla Golf and Country Club, both open to visitors all the year round. Both provide full facilities including coaching sessions, driving range, golf shop, equipment and buggy hire. With 15 minutes drive there are two more Championship Courses, Playa de las Americas and Adeje. Amarilla Golf and Country Club also offers a 9 hole pitch and putt course and there is a further 9 hole course at Los Palos, just 10 minutes drive away.
