Los Cristianos is in the sunny south of Tenerife. It is quieter than its neighbour Las Americas and more suitable for families and people who don't want a noisy night life. There are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants nearby and several supermarkets on the doorstep that cater for all your needs. There is a regular ferry that take you to the island of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions to see Mount Tiede (not to be missed) or site seeing around the island. There are two fantastic local water parks for the children with a free bus which picks up in the local area.Various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins and also various fishing trips. This holiday has something for everyone. However, we do not accept single sex booking as it’s a family complex and against the complex laws if found to have booked as a group, you will be asked to leave by complex’s management.

We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at Dave and Gill's lovely apartment.
The accomodation was superb, very clean and well maintained with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The complex was lovely, although we only went down to swim in the pool twice. We found our 20 month old daughter prefered to play on the beach!!
The travel cot and stair gate that were kindly provided were top quality.
The food at the local restaurant Don Quiote was excellent although a little expensive, but that was something we found a lot, with the pound being so weak against the euro!
The local supermarket was very good, and very friendly, in fact we were really impressed at just how lovely the Canarian people are, and they will do anything to help when you have children.
We certainly hope to return again in the future, and will certainly recommend this property to family and friends.

Home from home.

Just returned from our 4th stay in this lovely apartment. As usual everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is spacious and well set out and there are excellent views from the balcony overlooking Los Cristianos and down to the sea. The balcony which gets the sun from mid-morning until sunset is quite a suntrap and benefits from a large sun blind.

The Los Diamantes complex was busier this year but there was still plenty of space around the pool and sun terrace and because you have your own sunbeds no need to join the early morning towel brigade. The complex has a nice friendly atmosphere and you are sure of a warm welcome at either of the two pool bars.

There are several excellent restaurants within easy strolling distance. Coy comes highly recommended or if your feeling lazy then both Casa Rosa and Slow Boat III offer an excellent take-away service.

Los Cristianos seafront is an easy walk down the hill (cheap taxi ride back up) and has been nicely redeveloped over that last few years.

Already looking forward to next years holiday.

FABULOUS APARTMENT

Just returned from Tenerife after 2 fab weeks at Dave and Gill's apartment and as soon as I get my flights for next year I'll be first to rent again. Superb location with the most wonderful views. The apartment is so well equipped, spacious and clean. We went with our children aged 18, 16 and 9 and we thought it would be our last holiday together for some years but they loved it so much they want to come back next year.

Family Holiday

I stayed here in April with my daughter, son in law and grandson. The apartment is in a good, quiet location up the hill but close enough to walk to the town and seafront - our 4 year old walked to the beach/harbour and back every day! The property was very clean and had everything in it that you need for a couple of weeks. Very comfy beds! Good comms and customer service from the owners and I would recommend it to friends.

We had a lovely week's holiday in Los Christianos. The apartment was ideal for us and very well equipped. The residents of the complex made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed the hospitality served at the bar by Yvonne.

We will definately return next year.
