Notes to the rental rates

• Kindly note our apartment is suitable for more mature couples only - we do not accept bookings either from anyone under the age of 30 or families with young children.
  Prices quoted are for 2 people.
  After confirming your chosen dates with us we then hold the booking for 5 working days to allow you to make your flight arrangements and to send us the deposit of £50 per week.
  The outstanding balance is due 6 weeks before departure date.
  Please note the lead name is responsible for all guests and only the persons named on the booking form are entitled to occupy the apartment.
  Full arrival pack including map, site plan and all details you require will be sent to you once full payment has been received.
  Discount for bookings of over 3 weeks.
  Please note - We accept payment either by cheque or by direct transfer to our bank account in the UK in Sterling.
  For guests from outside the UK we are happy to accept a direct bank transfer to our account in Tenerife in Euros.
  
• Due to the fact there are now frequent and often daily flights to Tenerife from most airports we are happy to occasionally accept bookings for long weekends etc. when we have odd days to fill. Perhaps a lovely last minute surprise for someone?

  Golf lovers will love the close proximity to many golf courses in the area and the (perhaps) non -playing other half will feel perfectly at ease either on the balcony or by the pool.
  
• Tenerife is only just over 4 hours flying time from most UK airports. The currency is the Euro and although the Canary Isles are classed as in the EC Tenerife still has tax free status so drinks, perfume, cigarettes etc are still very cheap. The Canaries are on the same time zone as the UK.

Around and about

Los Cristianos is an interesting little town, with large harbour and port where daily ferries run to neighbouring islands and has excellent golden sand beaches. The town has international restaurants and local tapas bars galore, mainly situated in the old town area where tables spill out onto the pavement and the evenings can be spent admiring the stunning sunsets over the sea, or just people watching. There is a pleasant central square with church and many local shops in the mainly pedestrianised old town. Lovely flat promenade walk into Playa de Las Americas, Costa Adeje and beyond as far as the lovely little fishing village of La Caleta. Car Hire and Taxis are very reasonable but not necessary as the central bus station, with links to all over the island is just 10 mins. walk away

Excursions

Book a whales and dolphins trip out to sea from the port, visit the large Sunday market on the front in Los Cristianos, visit the spectacular Mount Teide which is the largest mountain in Spain, see the award winning Loro Parque Zoo in Puerto de La Cruz. A lovely day out nearer to home is to visit Jungle Park, set high in the hills behind Los Cristianos where there are free flying birds of prey. tigers and much more. Day trips to the neighbouring island of La Gomera on the ferry. Tenerife truly is an island for all ages - a place where you can choose the type of holiday you want. Of course the temperate climate in Tenerife makes it ideal for both summer and winter holidays and with a flying time of just over 4 hours you don't have to go long haul.
