Chayofa park country club.: Is just across the road and its facilities are available for you to use. There is a small charge for some of the facilities. Good food, entertainment, friendly staff. It takes 5 minutes to Los cristianos by car, If you prefer you can get a taxi from the taxi rank outside the country club or hire a car at reception and explore the island. You can also book many excursions too.

Los Cristianos.: There are many good restaurants and bars with entertainment in Los Cristianos. The beaches are safe and clean. Lots of shops. Very popular Sunday markets so get there early. Boat trips to see the whales and dolphins and fishing trips can all be booked along the front.

Chayofa Village.: This is a lovely village with a tapas bar superb restaurant called clarets, jazz club and arts centre. Close to the Eagle park which is a great day out. There are white tigers, monkeys, all kinds of birds and much more. The camel park is nearby where you can have a ride on a camel. There are fantastic views of the sea and mountains if you walk up the hill from the apartment.

Quiet in Chayofa

Cannot recommend highly enough. This was our second visit, and will happily return again. Very quiet, comfortable, clean, spacious. Located a little way out from the resort in Chayofa Village, about 5 minutes drive from Los Christianos/Las Americas. It's perfect if you have younger children and don't want to be based right in the heart of the resort. Country club with big pool, bar etc very close to apartment.

I would really recommend renting a car to see Tenerife properly, it's pretty inexpensive, and the driving is easy here - quite laid back and stress free. If you want a quiet comfortable base, away from the club scene, this is ideal, but a car is recommended to access the resort facilities (restaurants etc) as required.

Very helpful owners available on the phone if required.
