Superior,1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Royal Palm
This spacious privately owned one bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished to a superior standard with a new kitchen (including new electric oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and kettle etc), new bathroom, new satellite television and new furniture - sofa divan, comfortable leather settee, arm chair and dining table. The apartment which is on the ground floor has all new floor tiles throughout including to the attractive terrace. The terrace which has easy access overlooks a lovely Spanish style courtyard. The large bedroom comprises of twin beds with two double built in wardrobes plus there is ample drawer space and a safe. The apartment is ideal for couples with young children or people with walking difficulties, however, the approach to the apartment is up an incline.

Royal Palm is built in the style of an Andalusian village and is situated in the foothills of Mt. Guaza just a few minutes walk from the picturesque fishing village of Los Cristianos and the beach. The complex is designed to provide a tranquil village atmosphere and is planted with many exotic trees, shrubs and palms set in a number of pleasant terraces with secluded tree lined paths and a courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine or the cool shade. There are two superb free form swimming pools one of which is heated October – March plus there is a children’s pool and plenty of free sun beds. There is a Lifeguard in attendance shared between the two pools. The owners' office has newspapers, postcards, internet facilities and can arrange telephone connection in the apartment on payment of a deposit. Only a ten to fifteen minute downhill stroll to the town centre and just a few minutes to the beach it is convenient for the harbour and the many excellent restaurants and shops.

| Notes: | There are 2 reclining chairs plus four chairs and a large table on the terrace. There is a laundry on the complex with pay washing machines and tumble dryer. The apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore suitable for the elderly or infirm but the complex is part way up a hill. Wheel chair access is via a slope from the road to the apartment but all doorways are standard size. Sleeping arrangements, twin beds in bedroom and sofa bed sleeps two in the lounge. There is a telephone in the apartment function able on payment of a deposit in the owners office. There is a safe in the bedroom that is available to clients. Royal Palm
The Royal Palm complex is built in a typical Castillian village style with white walls and red Spanish tiled roofs. There are gardens abounding with bougainvillea, hibiscus and palm trees and the complex is situated on the hillside overlooking Los Cristianos, which is a short stroll away. Los Cristianos, once a small fishing village is now a bustling town and has a fishing harbour, beaches and many shops and international restaurants. Playa de Las Americas is a 30 minute stroll or 5 mins taxi ride. There are numerous golf courses within easy reach and many other attractions

Just a quick email to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday last week at your beautiful apartment. We were very pleasantly surprised at how spacious the apartment was, and it was immaculate. The setting was very beautiful, and we had a lovely time.
We hope to maybe use the apartment again at some time in the future.
