EL Mirador, Los Cristianos is a beautiful privately owned ground level apartment, suitable for families and fully accessible for the elderly. The apartment is new with a double bed settee in the lounge a large flat screen TV offering English channels, BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4, Sky 1 sports UK GOLD, Discovery Channel and 2 True movie channels, Bathroom with tolet , sink and beaday with extra large fitted shower cubicle. The kitchen is sparklingly fresh and fully equipped with 2 breakfast stools The bedroom has a huge fitted warbrobe, with an automatic reclining king size bed in the bedroom and patio doors also leading to the ground floor terrace. The complex has two swimming pools and a childs pool, both are real suntraps and are therefore ideal for sun worshippers. There is an on-site cafe and pool bar. The apartment has a HUGE ground floor terrace with all day sunshine, yet shade under the veranda.

You have everything you need locally - supermarkets, good quality restaurants, car hire, exchange, a bank etc The perimeter of the complex has some really nice bars serving food. Three cabaret bars with nightly entertainment and there is also a Sports Bar showing all the major events. However if you walk to the centre of Los Cristianos you will be presented with much more! Shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs you have everything you need. The Las Vistas beach is known as one of the most picturesque in the area. Here you will also find the port of Los Cristianos where many excursions can be booked (Dolphins etc) but also day trips to some of the other islands close by. The complex is just 5mins drive from the Las Americas Golf course and with four other courses within 20mins and an ideal climate it is not surprising that Tenerifeis one of the most popular golfing destinations.

  • To secure a deposit of £50.00 for 1 week or £100.00 for 2 weeks is required and should be received within 7 days of the booking, The refundable deposit of £50 or £100.00 will be held to cover any breakages and the loss or none return of the keys all other rules are on booking contract The balance due 8 weeks prior to departure, any bookings within 8 weeks of the departure date, will need to be paid in full at the outset. Price includes linen only, you will need to provide your own towels. The apartment is available at 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on departure ( unless our wise agreed by my self Should you have a late departure please discuss and providing there is no-one arriving the same day we will try and accommodate you.

What a lovely relaxing apartment , everything you needed and more. The cleanliness of the apartment was first class and we felt right at home the moment we set foot in the door. We found everything we needed and the location of the apartment was superb with restaurants bars and shops close by although it didnt spoil the tranquil feel of the apartment.We will certainly be back in fact we didnt want to leave at all. Thank you Diane for a fantastic holiday.

Have stopped in both apartments...keep going back - love it! Both apartments are excellent on cleanliness, fully equipped. The location is superb, handy to shops and restaurants. Great for families - very relaxing!! Would highly recommend.....infact I already have.

5 * stayed 3 times and will go back, wonderfull place close to bars and the spar which was helpfull for bread milk and water .

Apartment it self was clean and had all we needed fopr a pleasent stay and glad i didnt miss my soaps

My self and Husband stayed in the apartment in Feb this year with our 2 year old son.

The apartment was clean and had every thing we required for a wonderfull 10 days in the sun

The patio was a great sun trap so i came home with a wonderfull tan

Avoid at all costs

We had two problems with this rental - the apartment was not good value for money and secondly the organisation behind it.

Unfortunately this apartment is neither “Stunning” nor “Wonderfull”. Having stayed in many apartments in Spain and other European countries, this apartment is below average for the price. It would be a squeeze for 4 to fit in and there is only enough hot water for 2 showers at the same time if you are quick. Note that the nice bed in the picture is in apartment in N104. The bed in L112 is a flat pack bed with 2 single mattresses side by side. The patio is at street level, next to the access road for the complex with plenty of passers by and traffic - so no privacy if you wish to sunbathe or sit out. On a night we had cockroaches and we were advised to keep the lights on overnight to deter them.

We didn’t receive our directions and access instructions until the day before our departure and then only after phoning & emailing to ask where they were. On arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned and bags of rubbish were left on the floor. We called the owner, who blamed the cleaner. We left for lunch but 3 hours later the apartment still had not been cleaned. The owner was then not answering her phone nor replying to messages. The cleaners eventually turned up and the apartment was cleaned 6 hours after our arrival. They hadn’t received a fax telling them of our arrival.

Despite being back now for more than 4 weeks we still have not had our deposit returned. Our contract states this will be within 2 weeks. There were no breakages and the apartment was left clean and tidy in contrast to its state upon arrival. Again the owner does not answer emails or offer a reason.

We would not recommend ths apartment.
