Superior studio apartment in beautiful Royal Palm, one of the best maintained complexes in Tenerife. This apartment has been newly refurbished, with fully fitted kitchen, four ring cooker, microwave, TV, washing machine, security doors and safe. There are two pools, one heated, and a kiddie’s pool with lifeguard on duty. There is a restaurant, bar and launderette on the complex. The apartment is easily accessed. It is only 15 minutes from the airport, and there is a taxi rank close by. A short stroll of ten minutes brings you to the seafront and the harbour. There is a variety of bars and restaurants nearby, and a well stocked supermarket across the road. Free parking adjacent to apartment.

Excellent - we came back a second time!

We stayed in apartment 144 on two separate occasions. On each visit the apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, welcoming and comfortable. The blue and white colour scheme makes you feel you are on holiday the moment you walk in which is really nice. We experienced no external noise and felt very safe and secure. There's lots of parking just nearby if you rent a car and a choice of two well stocked supermarkets to get the essentials - one of which is just a hundred yards away. The Blevedere restaurant above the supermarket has lovely food and a cool breeze from the open windows. We tended to swim in the pool in late evening as the sun eased and it was nice to just wrap up in towels and head back up the steps to the apartment. We found the owner hugely helpful in advance of us travelling - she gave us lots of tips and information on e-mail to help us with our stay. We found the whole Royal Palm complex to be very well maintained, fresh and inviting. It was a pleasure to stay there. In fact we went back twice! Recommend it.

We have stayed in this apartment twice and have been pleased with the accommodation. It was both clean and well maintained and the facilities/appliances were good and in full working order. We were happy with the location as we wanted somewhere a little quieter; that said there were lots of bars/restaurants in the immediate area and entertainment was available nearby rather than having to walk to the beach area.We were happy to walk down to the promenade sometimes - the walk back which is uphill may not suit less mobile people.Overall - great!

We were very happy with apartment, it was as described it had everything we needed and was like home from home.
Plenty of restaurants near at hand also well stocked supermarket within 25 yards. Oasis management did a very good job of looking after us. We were very gratetful for all the tips given by the owner we couldnt ask for more .
