This beautiful new spacious apartment is exceptionally furnished and maintained to a high standard . It consists of a large lounge area with a sofa bed, a dining area with a large extending table and six leather chairs. There is a flat screen TV (with BBC 1/2, ITV,C5) DVD, Hi Fi and PlayStation 2. A master bedroom with king size bed, with a beautiful large ensuite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath. A second twin bedroom with TV and a further bathroom with shower enclosure. The large patio which attracts the sun from afternoon to sunset (not Dec/Jan) has views to Los Cristianos town and is beautifully furnished. The magnificent new complex of Dinastia has two large heated pools (one child’s), large sunbathing areas & Goodfellas a pool bar/restaurant which serves excellent hot meals & snacks. Los Cristianos is a delightful place to stay and is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the terrific all year round climate rarely dropping below 70F. The Dinastia complex is situated in the exclusive Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos only a short walking distance from a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and the the newly built commercial centre adjacent to the Paradise Park Hotel. The seafront is approximately a further 10 minute walk where you can stroll along the 5km beach-front Geranium Walk Promenade leading from the harbour to the resorts of Las Americas, Fanabe, Costa Adeje and Del Duque.

Notes: The apartment is beautifully furnished to an exceptional standard and tastefully decorated with lovely grey marble flooring and black/grey marble tiles to both bathrooms. Both large bedrooms are each fitted with full height built-in double wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside reading lamps. The master bedroom has a king size double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and a travel cot. The American style kitchen includes everything required for your stay, including a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker and microwave. A safety deposit box is provided together with an iron and ironing board. We have a superb selection of Cd's and DVD's for your use (no PS2 games). All towels and linen are provided with the exception of beach towels. The beautiful open terrace area has a large dining table, six reclining chairs, parasol and two sun loungers all of which have sumptuous padded cushions. Please note that the both pools are now heated in winter.

Pool Area: There are communal sun loungers, cushions and parasols to hire in the pool area.. The cost of the use of these pays for the benefit of having a pool attendant and the constant upkeep of the loungers etc.

Los Cristianos: The town is well served by buses which can take you to all parts of Tenerife and there is a regular ferry which will take you to the islands of la Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma, or you could take one of the many excursions to Mount Teide or site seeing around the island. There are various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins.

Location: Please note that Dinastia is located on a hill and is therefore not suited to those with walking difficulties, although there are numerous excellent restaurants and bars all within a 5 minute walk of the complex!

Fantastic Holiday Apartment

We had a great holiday in a fantastic apartment. Furnished to a very high, standard, containing everything you could ask for and more. Very clean and well maintained. Courtesy call from Kim (management) to check we were happy was an added bonus. Pool and facilities were fantastic, and food good at the poolside bar.
The amenities in the area were excellent. Loads of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Favourites included Rosies Cantina at the Royal Palms complex, fantastic mexican food. Great breakfast and service at Taylors Lounge, and the Chinise and Thia restaurant upstairs in the shopping complex was excellent.
We would recommend to family and friends, and would definitely return ourselves.

We got lots of information from the owner and maps of location, so we found it straight away.The apartment was spotless and fresh,everything working properly.I would recommend this property to anyone as it had everything you need for a relaxing holiday yet close to the buzz of the town if you wanted to go down to it .Lots of restearants about,plenty to choose from!

First Class Apartment

We have now stayed at this apartment twice and enjoyed both holidays immensely. The apartment is spotless, well maintained and makes you feel at home. TV, stereo and DVD player has also provided excellent entertainment for our 4 year old daughter.
The complex is also well maintained with both pools clean and refreshing. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone.
If you do not want to venture too far supermarkets and restaurants are only a five minute walk away. Excursions can be booked locally and depart from the nearby Paradise Park just across from the apartment. We particularly enjoyed the Jungle Park and Loro Parque.
To burn the calories after dinner we often took the 15 minute stroll down to the beach and walked along the promenade to Las Americas.
Having just returned we are already planning our next holiday.

First time in Tenerife

Not suitable for disabled or someone with walking difficulties as there are quite a few hills to negotiate. Also the balcony overlooks a fairly busy road not the pool as we had originally thought. Clean and well maintained but could do with a new set of saucepans and more towels. Well kept around the pool and fairly quiet when we were there. Good restuarants and supermarkets nearby. Also good bus service in Los Cristianos to other areas if you wish to explore.
Owner's Response: Agreed, the area of Oasis del Sur is not suitable for those who have severe walking difficulties although there are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars only a 5 minute walk away if you do not want to venture further in to the town centre. The positive features of our balcony are that it is very private and not overlooked and the road is not busy at all times!, it also benefits from enjoying the full sun from early afternoon to sunset during the majority of the year unlike many others on the complex. Sorry that you were under the impression that the terrace faced the pool.

More towels and linen are certainly always available upon request and I will purchase a new full set of saucepans when we visit in a couple of weeks, we try and maintain our apartment to the highest of standards, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Fantastic Holiday

The apartment was lovely and spacious and plenty of room for all of us. It was great having a proper dining room table to sit at. Flat screen tv and dvd player was a great help for my little boy who is 3. Daddy was impressed to have such a choice of dvd's to watch as well.

Property nice and clean and if there were any issues you only had to make a call and it was sorted.

Pool looked lovely but too cold to go in. We did take our son into the little pool which he enjoyed very much.

Had fantastic weather whilst we were there so very nice. Went back to our favourite restaurant and still the same people from 2 years ago so that was fab as well.

Would definately recommend this property to anyone.
