This attractive apartment is on the first floor with an open outlook over the pool and gardens. It has a twin bedded bedroom, beautiful bathroom, open plan lounge and fully fitted modern kitchen with all facilities. There is Sat TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs for clients, CD hi-fi system etc. with a selection of CDs. The balcony has a large oval table and 4 chairs suitable for sun bathing and dining or enjoying a refreshment. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and managed and maintained by a the management service whose office is on the complex. The complex has an internet facility which can be used by guests. Victoria Court II is near to the sea front on a flat location and close to all amenities. It is situated in a quiet area on a street that has little through traffic. Shops, restaurants and bars are close by but do not intrude on the peaceful aspect of the complex. The very centre on Los Cristianos, harbour and beach is a 10 minute stroll away.

Notes: The apartment is very tastefully furnished to a high standard. It has one bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables, a mirror and small vanity unit. There are three double wardrobes that provide more than enough storage for all holiday purposes. There is also a small safe in the bedroom. The apartment features an open plan lounge with a good-sized kitchen and breakfast bar, bathroom and generous sun terrace, all furnished to a high standard. The lounge has a sofa and armchair and attractive fittings. There is a colour television receiving UK programmes SKY channels as well as Spanish TV, a DVD player with selection of DVDs and a mini hi-fi system, which plays Cd's, cassettes and radio. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a four-ring hob and oven, electric kettle, toaster and microwave oven. There is everything in terms of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment that you are likely to require during your stay. Linen, bath & hand towels are provided. These are changed every seven days.
