Local Amenities:
Everything you need is at hand - good supermarkets, a range of bars, restaurants, car hire, boat and coach excursion, local bus travel. Car hire is not necessary. There is plenty to do for the children. The complex is very safe and well-managed with a lifeguard on hand during school holidays and an overnight security guard to give you peace of mind at night.
The town centre and main beaches are only a ten minute walk away.

Local activities on offer include golf, diving, surfing, walking, water-skiing, mountaineering, cycling, fishing, paragliding, ski-paragliding horse-riding, tennis, bowls, go-karting, quad-biking etc.
Golf:
The area is very popular for winter golf. There are 5 golf courses within a 10 minute drive of the apartment, the nearest being only 1 mile away. Winter weather is superb for golf with lovely warm sunshine and comfortable fresh air and the surrounding scenery of mountains, sea and palm trees is breath-taking.

For non-golfing family or friends in the party the penthouse is ideal, as golfers can travel a short distance to play leaving the non-players free to lounge by the pool, on the terrace or on the beach. Most of the on-site golfing apartments are some distance away from beaches or towns, leaving non-golfers more isolated.
At this centrally located penthouse everyone is happy!
