This privately owned 2 bedroom apartment has been beautifully furnished by its owners and is situated on the highly sought-after Cristian Sur complex. The beach and harbour area are within easy walking distance as is the resort of Los Cristianos with its many bars and restaurants. The fitted kitchen includes hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and iron with ironing board. The apartment is on 2 levels with the first bedroom on the lower floor with a full en-suite bathroom. The second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase from the lounge and is where the master bedroom is located. This also has an en-suite with a shower. The 2 separate balconies can be accessed from the lounge and the upper bedroom and each has its own table and chairs. The upstairs balcony also has 2 sun lounger’s. The complex has 2 swimming pools with children’s pool areas, gardens and sunbathing terraces with plenty of free sun lounger’s.

Los Cristianos is a wonderful area to stay and is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the all year round climate rarely dropping below 70F. The centre of Los Cristianos is only a short walk away where you will find a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The seafront is also only a short walk away where you can stroll along the 5km beach-front Geranium Walk Promenade leading from the harbour to the resorts of Las Americas, Fanabe, Costa Adeje and Del Duque.

Stayed for a week in this apartment in December 2008 and had a fantastic time! The apartment is lovely and bright and very cosy, felt like a home from home! The location was superb, close enough to everything you could want. The only thing that brings the score down for me are the stairs! The climb to the apartment with our cases was daunting, im just glad we weren't there in the full heat of summer!!

This spacious, airy apartment is truly excellent. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It has large balconies to the living room and first floor bedroom which allows you to roll out of bed,put on ya cossie and lounge for the rest of the day on your own sunbeds on your own balcony. This is one of two en suite bedrooms and if you have teenagers, like us, great to give them their own space. The kitchen has all facilities should you wish to cook up a storm and then eat al fresco with sea views and views of a large area of Los Cristianos. A very special property located on a lovely complex with easy access to all amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone however it is a penthouse apartment so a few stairs to climb but well worth it

excellent apartment,all the facilities you need,video, dvd ,sky tv,even sky sports channels!self cater or eat out the choice is yours,there are plenty of options,lovely chinese across the road.the apartment is very clean and well maintained.any information required from the owner was readily available,and i would certainly recommend this property.the complex is very nice ,with three swimming pools and a small bar.quietly situated but only ten minutes from all the bars restaurants and nightlife.only one minus fot the property,a few stairs leading up to it(47),bit of a pain when you've had a drink!excellent two weeks.

just come back from our stay at this apartment. our second visit. cant ask for more, the apartment is excellent, everything in there that you need for a comfortable stay. location is excellent for all entertainment and restaurants/cafes. cant beat the old english tea room for a great breakfast. also for a good nite out u have to visit Dreamers bar. would definately stay again.
