This is a new 1 bedroom apartment which is privately owned and situated in a friendly, peaceful complex. This spacious apartment is very tastefully decorated throughout. The lounge has TV ( BBC1 & 2, ITV 1, Ch4, and also has a DVD player. There is a separate radio/ CD player which will take MP3 players.The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob fridge/freezer, washing machine & microwave. A Safe for valuables is provided. The very private roof top terrace benefits from the sunshine all day c/w sun loungers,table and chairs. The complex has 3 separate pools (including 1 children pool) and large sun terraces. This complex does not suffer from late night noise and is suitable for families and couples. Air conditioning is now available at an extra cost of £15.00 per week payable in advance. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance .

This new complex benefits from large open area sun terraces with 3 pools inc 1 children's pool. The seafront is only a short walk away from the apartment leading into the centre of Los Cristianos. There are plenty of shops and cafes, restaurants along the pretty promenade within the town. The Sunday market is a very popular attraction and just a short walk away. The picturesque resort is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate a terrific all year round climate. New ! attached to this complex is various bars and resturants so, if you don't have to walk great distances to eat and enjoy a beer (or two).
