This is a new 1 bedroom apartment which is privately owned and situated in a friendly, peaceful complex. This spacious apartment is very tastefully decorated throughout. The lounge has TV ( BBC1 & 2, ITV 1, Ch4, and also has a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob fridge/freezer, washing machine & microwave. A Safe for valuables is provided. The very private roof top terrace benefits from the sunshine all day c/w sun loungers. The complex has 3 separate pools (incl. 1 children's pool) and large sun terraces. This complex does not suffer from late night noise and is suitable for families and couples. Air Conditioning is now available at an extra cost of £15.00 per week payable in advance.
