Photos and Description of this Los Cristianos holiday apartment 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps upto 4 people

Our apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard. Furniture includes 3 seater double sofa bed plus another 3 seater sofa, TV with four main British channels, Hi-Fi, DVD player, a selection of DVDs are supplied but you may also provide your own DVDs and CDs. Full oven and hob, fridge freezer, all kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, washing machine, hoover, patio furniture including 2 sun loungers. The bedroom has twin beds with beside lamps, ceiling fan, large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and a full length mirror. The bathroom is bigger than average with sink vanity unit, WC, bidet and shower cubicle. The apartment is a large one bedroom with marble floors throughout, very spacious throughout with large double balcony. Truly is a home from home.

Los Cristianos is an ideal family resort with plenty to do for all the family. There is a waterpark in nearby Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas is about 5-10 minutes away by taxi. La Vistas beach is only 10 minutes walk. Amarillo golf and the Golf Del Sur are only about 15 kilometres away and are renowned for their beautiful views as well as fantastic golf courses. Dinastia is approximately 15 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport and is easily reached by taxi. They will charge approximately 20 euros. The resort of Playa De Las Americas, Torviscas, Costa Adeje, Fanabe are approximately 10 minutes drive. Although if your energetic you can walk along the coast from Los Cristianos to all of these resorts. My husband and I did it in about 45 minutes last November from Puerto Colon (we stopped for a drink or two en route). There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment.

  • Within 24 hours of your arrival our English speaking management company will visit and introduce herself, her name is Kim and is there purely to ensure you have a comfortable stay. She will provide you with a 24 hour contact number (if you're not in she will post it under door).
    For bookings of more than 1 week there will be linen and towel changes every 7 days.
    Cleaning equipment ie: sweeping brush, hoover, mop & bucket are in the apartment and there is the washing machine and clothes airier for your convenience.

Notes: BOOKING DETAILS: Normally rental periods run from Friday to Friday. There may be flexibility so please enquire. Normal check-in is no earlier than 2pm and check-out no later than 10am, this is for cleaning purposes so again some flexibility may be possible. You may reserve the apartment for 72 hours whilst flights are being arranged. A £50 per week deposit is required within 5-7 days of you booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. We also ask for a bond of £100 per week. The easiest way to do this is to send a cheque to us. This will either be destroyed or returned to you within 7 days of your departure from the apartment and returning the keys, after the management have inspected the apartment. No booking will be taken from single sex 18-30 groups. I.E: Hen/Stag parties. Smoking is restricted to the balcony, please refrain from smoking in the apartment.
