This two bedroom apartment is situated on the fabulous Dinastia complex. The spacious apartment has been tastefully furnished to a high standard. It comprises of a lounge/dining area with sofa bed and dining arrangements to accommodate 6 people. There is TV, DVD and Hi-Fi and a selection of DVD's and CD's to enjoy during your stay. Master double bedroom with king-size bed leading into a beautiful large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower. The second twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with enclosed shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and toaster.The large patio is furnished with table, seating for six and loungers.It attracts all day sun so is ideal for sun-worshipers.The complex has two heated pools, large sunbathing areas and a pool bar/restaurant serving excellent hot meals and snacks.A variety of shops, bars and restaurants are within a short walking distance of the complex.

The Dinastia Complex is set within the exclusive Oasis Del Sur area and only a short walking distance from a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and the newly built commercial centre next to the prestigious Paradise Park Hotel. The seafront is approximately a 10 minute stroll.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £150 Security Bond will be required on booking and can be used as your initial deposit. The full rental is then due for payment 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required for all late bookings that are within 8 weeks of departure. We will hold availability for 48 hours to allow for flights being arranged.
    An information pack will be posted to you 14 days before departure, this will include management and location details. An experienced British management company clean and maintain the apartment.
    Sorry no singles group bookings.

  • Rental rates are based on 2-4 persons sharing. An additional £25 per person per week is payable for 5th & 6th persons.

Our second time at the apartment, and we'd go back again!
It's exactly as described, and has everything you will need for a comfortable break. In one of the best locations on the Dinastia complex, with sun on the terrace from late morning until well into the evening.
It's a clean, new complex with a lovely pool and plenty of good nearby facilities. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away, but you're situated easily far enough away to have a perfectly quiet relaxed holiday.
The pool is great for both kids and adults, and is never crowded. Good bar/eatery on site too.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful Easter Family Holiday

From the first point of contact, when we enquired about availability, to the prompt return of our security bond on our return we could not have asked for better customer service. Throughout, the communication was excellent. All relevant information and key for entry arrived as promised. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The 2 bathrooms were so handy as we have a 15 year old daughter and a 10 year old son so we were able to get ready of an evening without being hassled!
I have to say a big thank you for the dvd player as my son thought it was great to get up (early!) in a morning and relax with a film! giving us time to come to and plan our day.
The pool and surrounding area is extremely well maintained and whilst you may have to pay for the hire of your sunbed this is a good thing as the standards of cleanliness are wonderful .
There is a 10-15minute walk to the beach that if it is too much on your return up the hill you can easily get a taxi. We didn't use a taxi the whole time we were there as the walk is very pleasant - just don't give eye contact to the "English restaurant rousers" who are trying to tempt you to eat at their place!
There are lots of lovely eateries a short walk away and supermarkets very close by.
We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment and will definately be asking to stay here again .
