Luxury privately owned apartment, built 2006 in quiet friendly residential complex. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and corner jacuzzi bath. The Second twin bedroom has a separate bathroom. For climate control, both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The large spacious lounge has a twin sofa bed, dining area and entertainments unit with TV and DVD player. BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 and Channel 4 are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave and WASHING MACHINE. The large West facing patio, overlooking the town, is furnished and enjoys afternoon sun and evening sunsets. The new Dinastia complex boasts two exquisite pools, a large sunbathing area and a pool bar and restaurant. Sunbeds are available around the pool. Being a residential complex, inflatable toys etc. are not allowed in the pools. A great year round value of between 300 pounds and 475 pounds per week for 4 people with a small surcharge only at Christmas and New Year.

Los Cristianos is a delightful place to stay and is an ideal destination for families, and couples of all ages who appreciate superb all year round climate. The Dinastia complex is situated in the Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos and is only a short walk from a variety of shops, bars and restaurants within the newly built commercial centre. The seafront is only a further 10 minute stroll away and a greta walk in the evening.

Additional information about rental rates

  • ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE BASED ON UP TO 4 PEOPLE SHARING. THERE WILL BE A SURCHARGE OF 25 POUNDS PER PERSON PER WEEK TO COVER EXTRA COSTS.
    The Christmas weeks can only be booked as a 2 week block.
  • Payment Terms: £100 per week non -refundable deposit payable immediately, the balance becoming due 8 weeks prior to departure, please note that a £150 security/breakage deposit is payable with the final balance. Full payment is required for all bookings made within 8 weeks of departure. We will hold availability for 3 days whilst flights are being arranged.
    A key for your apartment and an information pack will be posted to you 14 days before departure, this will include all management and location details. An extra set of apartment keys are available on request for a deposit of £20. Our family clean and maintain our apartment.
  • We can also offer a shuttle service to/from the airport but only for 2 people. Please ask for more details when booking your holiday.

Notes: This privately owned, well maintained, apartment has quality furniture and is tastefully decorated with grey, marble flooring and black/grey marble tiles in both bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The large en-suite bathroom is fitted with a corner jacuzzi bath with shower over, toilet, vanity mirror, washbasin and a bidet. A hairdryer is provided. The second bathroom has a shower unit, toilet, vanity mirror and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with everything required for your stay, including a toaster, kettle, and microwave. There are two bar stools at the breakfast bar. A safety deposit box is installed in the apartment together with an ironing board and iron. All towels are linen are provided except for beach towels. A cleaning service/extra linen and towel change can be provided. As we have family in Tenerife we do offer a welcome pack starting at €15 should your flight be arriving late.

Other Activities: There are many golf courses in South Tenerife.

The description on the website was spot on. The complex was busy with a mix of couples and families enjoying the pool area and the pool bar. There is a good selection of places to eat nearby and even more if you fancy a walk or a taxi ride. The apartment is really well kept and it's great to get the towels and sheets replaced during your stay. We knew within a day of arriving that we'd want to return and that exactly what we're going to do in 2009!

Great apartment in a lovely complex. Good pool with a fab pool bar that serve decent food and cold beer with very friendly staff. Apartment looks exactly as the photos... spacious and clean with everything you need for a self catering holiday. For me it was a good quiet location with only a very short walk to many resturants and bars for all tastes. I will be using this apartment again and will be passing on the details to others too. Thank you for the use of your apartment.

the apartment was exactly as described.the 2 bathrooms and the washing machine were a godsend, especially with having 2 granddaughters with us.the property was clean and well looked after and i would certainly recommend to a friend.ther are plenty of bars and restaurants 5 mins away(spanish,italian,chinese indian and of course,english)only 1 fault (with the complex),unless you carry the 2 sunbeds from the apatrment up to the pool,it costs up to 3 euros per day to hire them. all in all a really great holiday
Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind words. Having family manage our apartment keeps it in the best condition.
The reason there is a charge of 3 euros for the sunbeds is to pay the wages for the life guard; a must when there are young children using the pools. This price represents value for money as the cost of hiring sunbeds on the beach is 7 euros.
There has been a lot of money invested in the local area and we have fantastic bars and restaurants right on our doorstep!!

An excelllent family apartment

A lovely, clean and spacious apartment which is well looked after. The area is quiet (how we like it) although it is only a short walk to some good bars and tapas. We particularly like this area of los Cristianos as it is away from the busy town centre, however some people with mobility problems may not like the walk. There is a taxi rank just outside the complex if you've had a few too many!
