This is a fabulous apartment with a large private open sunbathing balcony fully furnished with table chairs, recliners and sunbeds to soak up the all day sun.The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with marble flooring through out. The Bedroom has a king size bed, with wall to wall wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets.A Large bathroom, fully fitted with shower, bidet, wc and vanity unit with lighting.Large utility cupboard, equiped with washing machine, cleaning equipment and safe.Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and appliances.Spacious lounge with views of the sea again fully equiped with luxury furnishing, TV with British channels, CD player with a large selection of CDs and DV player again with DVD's.

There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby and within a short walk to the Harbour and beach front. Neighbouring Playa de las Americas is a short taxi ride away for a livelier night out.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Only available for families and couples. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance plus a security bond of £100 is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. The £100 bond will be refunded once the keys have been returned and subject to a satisfactory inspection of the furnishings and apartment. A named, responsible adult over the age of 21 is required for each booking. No bookings will be taken from 18-30's type single groups, hen or stag parties and access to the apartment will not be allowed by the on site management.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC APARTMENT

We have just got back from staying at this apartment for the 4TH time . It is a spectacular apartment, everytime we have been it is just as fantastic as the first time. Lovely and clean its home from home for us. the owners have also been very helpful..its in a great location and has a lift to every floor, the complex is also kept very clean and up to very high standards. If you like swimming the pool area is also great, with a good restaurant bar Give it a try I assure you, you will not be dissapointed.

WHAT A FANTASTIC APARTMENT

I have recently stayed at this Apartment in Dinastia. It was fabulous. Lovely and clean, very well maintained, lots of homely touches, mirrors, pictures on the walls, lovely crockery, bed linen etc. The description of the property on the site fails to do the apartment justice especially the sun terrace which is constantly in the sunshine and large enough for the sunbeds & table & chairs. Its a fantastic place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Brilliant view. There is a plethora of restaurants around the apartment complex and I can honestly say we did not have a bad meal at any of them. I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to everyone.
