This beautiful penthouse apartment has a large terrace facing in a south westerly direction with sun all day + offers spectacular views of the sea & mountains + overlooks the pool area + gardens. The complex has a large swimming pool, children’s pool which is surrounded by seating areas in sun & shade for sunbathing + relaxing. There is also a popular poolside bar & restaurant. The apartment is modern & spacious with luxurious furnishings + decor. It has a fully equipped American style kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster electric kettle +washing machine. The apartment has TV, CD, DVD & safety deposit box included. Linen & towels are provided together with welcome pack.

the fabulous apartment complex of Dinastia is situated in the exclusive oasis del sur area of Los Cristianos. adjacent to the prestigious paradise park hotel and a few metres from the brand new shopping complex. There are numerous restaurants bars+supermarkets nearby. It is only a short walk to the beach and a short stroll along the picturesque promenade to the lively Harbour, which provides daily scenic boat trips, water sports and fish restaurants overlooking the sea. The weekly Sunday Market is 5xminutes from the apartment and not to be missed. A taxi rank is situated quite close to the complex.

Golf/sailing/surfing/swimming/tennis cycling diving windsurfing are all available. There is also a ferry available from the harbour to the other island of gomera. There is also an aquapark near by in Las Americas with slides tubes pools and dolphin shows.

We stayed at Sandy and Ians apartment in October 2008. We found them to be very friendly and helpful. It had all the modern appliances you require. We found the apartment very clean with nice decoration. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower. There is also a large balcony with loungers ideal for sunbathing if you don't want to go to the pool.
The pool area was very clean with plenty of space to relax, non residents have to pay for loungers but it was only a couple of euros each.
The pool bar is excellent serving meals and snacks at a very reasonable price. We had many a hearty breakfast there. There are bars and restaurants just outside the complex and there is also a supermarket serving all the basics you require.
The walk to the harbour took us about 15 mins. It did take us longer to come back as the last leg of the journey was up a hill.
On the whole we had a wonderful holiday, the weather was brilliant and the Dinastia is definately a great place to stay.

Had a great time at the Diistia aprtments,great views of the sea and mountains,the ammeneties are excellent,clean comfeotable appartment and complex.Very secure with night a watchman guard at night.The on site bar/cafe,goodfellows is very convenient with excellent service and food.You could enjoy all your meals here if you wanted to.The swimming pool was warm and clean,the pool area is cleaned everyday,there are plenty of sun beds,although a charge is made,very well worth it for sun worshipers.In all this holiday was very enjoyable from all points.
