This is a brand new 2 bedroom apartment which is privately owned on a residential complex. It is situated on El Mirador which is in an enviable prime location in Los Cristianos and has magnificent views from both the balcony and the private roof top solarium. You are in walking distance (in minutes) to many bars and restaurants. The apartment has been very tastefully decorated throughout with many 'home' comforts - TV, DVD, CD player, washing machine and much more. The Master Bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with patio doors to the balcony, the twin bedroom also has patio doors to the balcony with a separate shower room. The balcony has been appointed with 'high quality' furniture and the roof top solarium with sunbeds to soak up the sun privately. This apartment enjoys the sun all day from sunrise on the roof to sunset on the balcony but full sun canopies have been fitted to the balcony should you need to escape!!!

Los Cristianos is on the south coast of Tenerife and has a fantastic climate all year round. Once a small fishing village it still retains its charm and is a delightful place to stay. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars along the promenade and in the town itself. In the heart of the town there are many excellent shops and a picturesque town square which hosts many Spanish Traditions. The more lively town of Las Americas is only a short and inexpensive taxi ride away or walkable for the more energetic. There are two water parks in the area along with various animals parks/zoos which may suit the young at heart or those with children. There is a regular ferry that takes you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma or you could take one of the many excursions e.g. see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain. , plus many boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins. Los Cristianos is an ideal holiday destination for everybody.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to departure.
    For bookings within 8 weeks of the departure date will need to be paid in full at the outset.
    A bond of £100 is held until the keys are returned and confirmation is received that no breakages have occurred .
  • Price includes linen and towels only, you will need to provide your own beach towels.
    The apartment is available at 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on departure. Should you have a late departure please discuss with the owner and providing there is no one arriving the same day we will try and accommodate you
  • The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.

great holiday

This is our second visit to this lovely apartment, we went in March and October and found the apartment 1st class, very clean and two super outside areas which are both very private , both with beautiful sea views and a very sunny position (a great place to have your sundowners!!!). The apartment is within very easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. We have recommended it to family and friends, it is a great place to recharge your batteries.

we have just returned from our holiday and the apartment was everything as stated. I reiterate the comments of others: the apartment is spotlessly clean, wellequipped with everything you could possibly need and boasts stunning views from the balcony and rooftop. The complex is also veryclean and quiet.whilst we were there it was the time of the Los Critianos festival and we were able to watch the spectacular midnight firework display from the balcony of the apartment. I guess we had the best view in Los Cristianos! thank you for a lovely holiday.

This apartment is pure luxury it has everything you need even a gravy boat!! It is so peaceful on the complex and with the stunning views, from the balconies and the elegant interiors it makes the perfect holiday. Within a short walk out of the complex you have everything you need ie., shops, restaurants, bars and even a taxi rank for easy access to the airport. The advice and service provided by Jodie (the owner) was very much appreciated. The restaurants recommended around the area were fantastic, we dined in style for a whole week. Would definately recommend this holiday home and will most definately be returning. Thanks Natalie & Cilla - September 2009

A first class apartment.

Having holidayed umpteen times in Los Cristianos, it was not a difficult choice to pick the El Mirador Apartments once again. The complex is very clean and tidy with security gates all round and only 2 minutes walk to a good selection of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket. It is also very quiet which makes for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, often having the pool to ourselves. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and lacked for nothing in the way of equipment and home comforts, with particular mention going to the awnings (a must!) and comfy furniture on the balcony, security grill on the front door and superb overhead fans for that cooling breeze, and last but certainly not least.....the view......just the best!! Many thanks again Jodie for making all the arrangements straightforward for us, and we won't hesitate to pass on your contact details to any friends and family who may be planning a trip to Tenerife.
