Fantastic place wouldn't hesitate to book again

We booked for 3 days in the first instance, stayed for 6. After touring the island for a few days we ended up booking for 2 more to conclude our holiday.
The flat has everything you need in terms of cleanliness, kitchen stuff, comfortable beds, a great shower, UK TV etc. we even found a parasol for the beach which we borrowed. Made to feel welcome on arrival with biscuits, tea, water and milk provided! Very nice balcony for enjoying your meals on.
In terms of location it is facing a road leading down to a hill to the beach. As someone who hates noise I didn't find the road noise disturbing. We didn't have any sleepless noise and found the fridge in the room, apart from a gentle humming, to be quite quiet, particularly if we didn't put anything in it too late in the evening which required cooling down, even then it didn't take too long to settle down.
Back to location, it is an easy 10 min walk down to the beach from which you can walk along the promenade for a further 10mins to Playa las Vistas enjoying, or not, the sounds of club singers and kareoke. Walking back didn't prove to bad although I had had a few drinks and did only do it once as we did have a hire car. Apparently taxis are cheap but we never tried them. Walking down the hill to the beach you will find a spa on your way and a number of restaurants after than. At the back of the flat you'll find a couple of restaurants and a little supermarket which opens at 8am which was handy for fresh morning demi-baguettes.
If you do have a car then parking never proved particularly problemetic along the beach but can't speak for July and August. The flat was an ideal location from which to explore elsewhere, such as Mount Teide (cable car shut due to wind so enquire before you go). For your info if you get the chance I would recommend puerto de la cruz and Garachico for swimming in the natural pools.
It should be noted that the beds are twin and even though they probably could have been pushed together there is a fixed light above the bed so we decided not to. But then again after too much sun on the first couple of days it didn't prove a major problem.
On returning for the last 2 days my wife say it felt like returning home so in summary would definitely recommend the room and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we ever return to Tenerife.
BTW: There's a row of restaurants on the road at the back of the beach by the harbour, such as IMO lots of Spanish frequent and would recommend
