Studio 16 is situated within the Royal Palm resort in the quieter part of Los Cristianos. The area is clean and very appealing to families and couples as it is relatively peaceful with stunning views of Los Cristianos and the Atlantic ocean. There are a couple of well stocked supermarkets and a newly built shopping centre close by as well as a taxi rank for those wishing to travel further afield. Royal Palm and the facilities in the immediate area mean you don't really have to go elsewhere but a 10 minute walk will get you down to the beach or into Los Cristianos town centre where you will be met with an array of bars, restaurants and other facilities. The apartment is registered with the local tourist board and is managed by Royal Palm's official letting agent. This ensures that you have total peace of mind - safe in the knowledge that if you have a problem you also have official local help at your immediate disposal as and when required.

Local Amenities: A taxi rank is situated across the road from the Royal Palm grounds. There are two supermarkets close to the apartment. One is small and is contained within The Beverley Hills Club. The other is larger, modern with a wide selection of groceries and wines and spirits and is situated opposite the Royal Palm Owners office. Above the larger of the two supermarkets is a semi open air restaurant serving local specialities and good steaks. A short stride up the hill will get you to the 'Bella Roma' Italian Restaurant where the steaks and pasta have been found to be delicious. Pub food and breakfasts are available at small bars close to Royal Palm as well as Chinese restaurants and takeaways. Car hire, money exchange and excursion booking are all to be found in the new shopping centre across the road from Royal Palm. The shopping centre benefits from an Irish Bar and English Tea rooms.

Extras for 2009.: We have recently installed a safety deposit box in the apartment (free to use) and we have listened to customer comments to improve things on the terrace. We have installed a full blind to give more privacy and installed new wrought iron work on the terrace to add security. This has allowed us to invest further in some high quality patio furniture including new table and four comfortable dining chairs as well as two comfortable relaxers in same style so you can sit comfortably on the terrace of an evening if the mood takes you. The terrace is lockable and this provides even greater security and more than that more peace of mind on an already safe complex.

Fantastic apartment in beautiful complex

Myself and my husband and 2 small boys stayed at this apartment last March - it was our second year there. The Royal Palm is a wonderfully quiet and peaceful complex with lush gardens and 3 lovely pools. The apartment was clean and modern as well as being spacious and having everything one could need (including in our case 2 pushchairs, spades, lilos etc!)

Simon is very helpful and easy to deal with.

Home from home

Just back from a weeks rest & relaxation at Simons lovely studio at Royal Palm. Clean, spacious,comfortable, it was home from home. The complex is well maintained and Neil is on hand if you have any problems (which we didn't). Simon was more than helpful from first enquiry, to phoning us on day of arrival to check all was well with us after our journey. We arrived quite late and it was great to have essentials waiting for us in the fridge. We enjoyed checking out Simons recommendations for places to eat and I have to say they were pretty accurate. We had a lovely meal at Bella Roma for our silver wedding anniversay and the bottle of bubbly in our fridge was a lovely touch! thanks Simon. Hope to spend time there again in the future.

Debut trip - wow

Just returned from our debut trip to this cracking apartment. It was a great break for our young family. The location of the apartment in the complex is perfect for our 18 month old daughter, with plenty of shade and literally a dozen paces from the pool.

The complex was pristine and the location in respect of restaurants and amenities superb. It was a relaxing holiday and we all feel refreshed.

We are looking forward to spending many more weeks in the coming years in this apartment. As usual Simon provided excellent advice; we knew that everything we required (travel cot, sheets, even a welcoming pack with water, milk etc) had been considered and catered for.
The apartment comes with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is even a good collection of DVD, CD’s and books to peruse – although Simon’s music collation could do with being dragged into the 21st century ;-)

stayed at this apartment for two weeks, normally go package holiday so was not sure what to expect. Apartment was so well stocked with everything that we needed and a whole lot more too - even a package of essentials in the kitchen when we arrived to help us settle in - this was the touch we appreciated most! fab place, very clean. the locals were great, the staff were great, lovely eateries nearby, owner was very helpful in finding us flights and posting us info about things to do there, i went alone with my 7 year old son and felt totally comfortable and safe - this really is a fab apartment and the owners are very very helpful = we'll definately be going again and would not hesitate to recommend it.

This was my 1st holiday booking my flight and accommodation seperate i was a bit nervous but the owners were very honest helpful and trustworthy. My 1st impretion of the apartment was that it was very clean and looks just like the pictures, not to far from the beach all the locals are very friendly. For young people you may want to go out but not want to stay right in the center of all the clubs but its very cheap to catch a cab to Las Americas to all the lively clubs. There are such nice restaurants on the beach front which we went to every evening. The pool was nice but if you wanted a sun lounger you need to be outside from early. I would recommend it to my friends and family and i would love to return again next year as i know what to expect, its right for run and relaxation.
