This is a brand new, privately owned, 1 bedroom apartment. It is situated on El Mirador which is in an enviable prime location in Los Cristianos and has magnificent views from both the balcony and the private roof top solarium. The apartment has been very tastefully decorated throughout with many home comforts - TV (BBC1, ITV, SKY), DVD, washing machine, iron etc. The apartment overlooks 2 communal pools, one small child pool and a good sized deeper pool. The El Mirador complex is an excellent central base for a holiday, close to all amenities, yet very private and relaxing. The terrace has been appointed with good quality furniture and the private roof top solarium has 2 sunbeds and an additional seating area. The apartment is ideally suited for families or couples. It sleeps 4, having 2 single beds and a leather sofa bed which will sleep 2. The bedroom has built in wardrobes with ample space for storage and a safe is also fitted. The apartment is non smoking.

Los Cristianos is on the south coast of Tenerife and has a fantastic climate all year round. Once a small fishing village it still retains its charm and is a delightful place to stay. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars along the promenade and in the town itself. In the heart of the town there are many excellent shops and a picturesque town square which hosts many Spanish Traditions. The more lively town of Las Americas is only a short and inexpensive taxi ride away or walkable for the more energetic. There are two water parks in the area along with various animals parks/zoos which may suit the young at heart or those with children. There is a regular ferry that takes you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma or you could take one of the many excursions e.g. see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain or the many boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of £100 is required on booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to departure. For bookings within 6 weeks of the departure date will need to be paid in full at the outset. The deposit of £100 will be held to cover any breakages and the safe return of the key. Once the keys have been returned the £100 will be refunded. Price includes linen and towels only, you will need to provide your own beach towels. The apartment is available at 2pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on departure. Should you have a late departure please discuss with the owner and providing there is no one arriving the same day we will try and accommodate you
    The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.
  • Only those persons whose names have been supplied to the owners may use the property. The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places i.e. a maximum of 4. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed. Please note that bookings from single sex parties under 21 years of age are not usually accepted.

The apartment was fantastic, not far from everything in Los Cristianos but very quiet and peaceful. The roof terrace was perfect for lounging in the sun - missing it already! Michael- Suffolk

Your apartment is really nice and I hope we left it in the same condition as when we started our week. It was lovely and clean, beautifully presented and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. We'd certainly recommend it.... What more can one say about this Apt., just read the following reviews. They tell you all. Everything you read is spot on. We've been going abroad for 26yrs now and this has to be the best yet. Also plenty of eating out places in the vicinity and a supermarket just along the road. TRY IT, YOU'LL LOVE IT. A very big THANK YOU to Nicola & Lee.

The apartment was very clean and well presented with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The outside balcony and roof terrace were perfect for all day sunshine. We got a great tan!. The roof terrace is well equipped with sun loungers, comfortable seating and parasol.
It is very handy for the local Spar shop and the good restaurants nearby, we especially enjoyed Little Italy just across the road.
We had a very relaxing, restful holiday and would cerainly recommend to others. Debs was very helpful too.

El Mirador Apartment

Communication with the owner prior to departure was very good. In a good, quiet location, not on the seafront, but within easy walking distance for a stroll in the evening. Although, there were several choices of good places to eat right on the doorstep if you don't feel like walking too far. We tried them all, both for breakfast and evening meal. Do look at the Menu del Dia at the restaurants - they are good value and usually the food is excellent. We particulary liked the Italian restaurant on the corner opposite the back gate to the complex. Property was clean and well equipped (although we didn't cook at all!!) and it was comforting to know that there was help on site if needed.
The terrace was nicely furnished and the roof terrace was great for sunbathing privately without being overlooked. I would recommend this property for a couple or family with two children, as you could see the pool from the property and the complex was securely gated. Will be going again next year definitely and have recommended to friends and family.

What a find

We have been coming to Tenerife for 10yrs, and never stayed in Los Cristanos. Well am I glad I picked this appartment on El Mirador. The location is perfect as you get sun on the balcony from 9.30am,(ideal for a lazy breakfast), with views to Mount Teidi, and stays there till about 2.30pm, of coarse being top floor you have sun from 9am until 6.45pm on the fantastic roof terrace which is well equipped, with cushions for the sun beds.The appartment was spotless, and well appointed, with lots of wardrobe and storage space, and the all important bottle opener. What makes this appartment special is it's position, restaurants just 2 mins away, and a 10min walk to the seafront brings you a wider choice, from a cavery, to indian, most tastes catered for, along a promenade with just a couple of small gradients. A Spar is just outside, so getting supplies is easy. 15mins from the airport, yet you hear no planes, and 5mins off the motorway, but no traffic noise. Plenty of parking outside. The complex is also very clean, and all staff are very friendly which makes for a realxing time. If you do not hire a car, the bus stop is 10mins away. If you do hire a car, go to Masca for fantastic scenery, just 30mins away and The Mercedes Forest. about 45 mins away. We haved booked next year, and will continue to be our first choice.
