This quality apartment is situated in the new development Dinastia located in Los Cristianos Tenerife. The apartment is 1st floor with views to Los Cristianos town. The large balcony attracts the afternoon and evening sun until sunset, perfect for enjoying early evening drinks! The apartment has two double bedrooms with twin beds and ample storage space. A travel cot and fold up bed can be provided to sleep a child up to approx 12 years of age. The large en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin and bidet, a hairdryer is also supplied. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of cooking utensils, washing machine, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker & coffee maker. There is sufficient crockery and cutlery etc. The lounge has a seating area and the dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a flat screen colour TV, DVD & HIFI.

The apartment is situated in the new development Dinastia located in the Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos Tenerife, and is only a 15 min taxi ride at approx 20 euros from the airport. It is located between the Castle Harbour and Paradise Park complexes, just a short down hill stroll to the seafont, not far from where the Sunday market takes place. Dinastia is conveniently located near to the new Commercial Centre where there is a spar supermarket for all your food and drink requirements. There is a good range of bars and restaurants close by to suit all tastes and a taxi rank is a few minutes walk away, yet it is still only approx 500m from the seafront and town centre. The location is ideally suited to those wanting the luxurious surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of Las Americas but in easy reach of the local amenities, there are many good quality restaurants nearby. Las Americas & Costa Adeje and several golf courses are only a few minutes away by taxi.

  • Bedroom 1 has a large ensuite bathroom and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a floor standing fan. Secure louvre shutters enable you to cool down on a hot night. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, plenty of coat hangers and additional drawer space. A fold up bed can be provided suitable for a child up to approx 12 years old to sleep on, and both bedrooms have space to accommodate this. A travel cot is also availlable.

Notes: The apartment is on a hill which may restrict the elderly or infirm in walking up the hill, however there is a taxi rank at the seafront which charges a couple of euros for those not wishing to walk. Within this part of the complex, there are two lifts to the first floor and pool level, which is one floor up and just a very short walk from the apartment. On street parking is available. BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 are now available, plus we have a selection of DVDs for all ages. The friendly pool bar is open all day and serves good food and drink at reasonable prices, plus TV sporting events are shown most days. The pool is heated during winter months. This apartment is a home from home and we rent it out to help cover the outgoings. Single sex bookings under 30 are not allowed under the complex rules. Many owners are permanent residents here and we aim to keep it a friendly, hospitable place for our guests and ourselves.

Lovely apartment, perfect for quiet family hols

We stayed here for 3 weeks in Feb/March 2008. We travelled with our 15 month-old daughter and my parents.

Both bedrooms would have been spacious enough to have accomodated the travel cot which was provided by the owner. We chose to put it in the master bedroom (which has the ensuite) and there was still plenty of room.

The lounge and kitchen are fully equipped and contain all utensils and crockery that you would have at home. No need to bring your own bottle opener!

There is even a washing machine - which was ideal with a young toddler and when staying for 3 weeks.

The apartment was in a great location, although not for the faint-hearted as it is up a steep hill away from the beach. We thought this was an advantage as the area was quiet, but it was only a short walk to the beach and from there a gentle stroll along the good boardwalk into Los Cris centre. We walked as far as Playa De Las Americas on a few occasions and found it easy going as it is so flat.

My parents like to walk and it was only a short stroll to the bus station at Los Cris which meant they could go all around the island. They found this a great advantage and even took the bus back to the airport when they left.

Lynn, the owner, is very accomodating and was able to help with all sorts of pre-travel queries from supermarkets to restaurant recommendations.

Our only criticism would be that in 3 weeks of staying the apartment wasn't cleaned. Although the linen and towels were changed regularly.

We would definitely return to this apartment in the future and would highly recommend it to families or couples looking for a quiet base just out of the centre.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
