This is a privately owned penthouse apartment on a quiet complex which was completed in Nov '05. Although the apartment is in an elevated position with stunning harbour and mountain views, its access is easily negotiated from the street. It has the benefit of a larger than average balcony with sun canopy and its own private roof top sun terrace, which guarantees when the sun is shining you can enjoy it! Features of the apartment include a high standard of furnishings with new 32' LCD TV (English channels, BBC 1&2, ITV, Channel 4, Sky 1 Sports and 2 True Movie channels), DVD, CD/Radio player, Microwave, Washing Machine, Ceiling fans to the Lounge and Bedroom, plus other appliances. Fully fitted Kitchen with four ring electric hob and oven, fridge. The Bathroom is fully tiled and has an enclosed shower cubicle, vanity unit with mirror and lighting over. Outside there is an oval table together with 4 chairs, plus sun loungers on the balcony terrace and 2 on the upper solarium terrace.

Notes to the rental rates

• To secure the dates required a refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking and certainly should be received within 10 days of the booking. The balance due 8 weeks prior to departure, any bookings within 8 weeks of the departure date, will need to be paid in full at the outset. The refundable deposit of £100 will be held to cover any breakages and the return of the keys (within 7 days of end of holiday.) Price includes linen and towels only (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per guest), beach towels are NOT included. The apartment is available at 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on departure. Should you have a late departure please discuss with the owner and providing there is no-one arriving the same day we will try and accommodate you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.
  
• N.B. Should the holiday be cancelled due to whatever reason, the £100 deposit will not be returned as this has secured your time in the apartment.

Just like to say thanks v. much for a most relaxing holiday, it was so nice to sit up in bed of a morning and look out over the bay of Los Cristianos, truly magnificent.
