This is a privately owned penthouse apartment on a quiet complex which was completed in Nov '05. It enjoys easy access from street level and overlooks one of the pools. It enjoys a balcony with sun canopy and its own private roof top sun terrace, which guarantees when the sun is shining you can enjoy it! Features of the property, a high standard of furnishings with new 32' LCD TV (English channels, BBC 1&2, ITV, Channel 4, Sky 1 Sports, etc), DVD, CD/Radio player, Microwave, Washing Machine, iron and ironing board. Fully fitted Kitchen with four ring electric hob and oven, fridge. Ceiling fans to the lounge and bedroom. The Bathroom is fully tiled and has an enclosed shower cubicle. Outside there is an oval table together with 4 chairs, plus sun loungers on the upper solarium terrace.

Los Cristianos is on the south coast of Tenerife and has a fantastic climate all year round. Once a small fishing village it still retains its charm and is a delightful place to stay. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars along the promenade and in the town itself. In the heart of the town there are many excellent shops and a picturesque town square which hosts many Spanish Traditions. The more lively town of Las Americas is only a short and inexpensive taxi ride away or walkable for the more energetic. There are two water parks in the area along with various animals parks/zoos which may suit the young at heart or those with children. There is a regular ferry that takes you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma or you could take one of the many excursions e.g. see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain, plus many boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins. Los Cristianos is an ideal holiday destination for everybody.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To secure the dates required a deposit of £100 is required on booking and certainly should be received within 10 days, on completion of rental and on inspection of the property/breakages and return of keys will be refunded. The balance due 8 weeks prior to departure, any bookings within 8 weeks of the departure date, will need to be paid in full at the outset. Price includes linen and towels only (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per guest), beach towels are NOT included. The apartment is available at 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on departure. Should you have a late departure please discuss with the owner and providing there is no-one arriving the same day we will try and accommodate you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before traveling.
  • N.B. Should the holiday be cancelled due to whatever reason, the £100 deposit will not be returned as this has secured your time in the apartment.

Just like to say thanks v. much for a most relaxing holiday, it was so nice to sit up in bed of a morning and look out over the bay of Los Cristianos, truly magnificent. Had a great holiday in Tenerife and the apartment was just right. It was very clean, had all the amenities it promised and is in a great location. It's within easy walking distance to the town and beach and has a great view over the town to the sea. Would definitely recommend it.

We have just returned from holidaying in this lovely apartment. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained and located in a quiet and pleasant area, plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. Would return for another holiday and recommend to a friend.
