This beautiful penthouse studio apartment is located on the front row of the superbly located Port Royale complex. From the large, VERY PRIVATE terrace, which is approximately 14ftx12ft you have a large table with four comfortable high back chairs and a small drinks table and two sun loungers, uninterrupted views to Mount Teide from the right, compostella golf course, Los Cristianos harbour where you can watch the ferries arriving and leaving to neighbouring islands. Inside, the apartment has been refurnished to a very high standard including a luxurious British made double bed for that extra home from home comfort. TV with BBC and ITV channels together with SKY sports SKY news etc. It has a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Recently refurbished kitchen with brand new appliances The complex is very well managed with nearby facilities e.g. Reception, Pool (heated in winter) and excellent restaurant. Close by is a Taxi rank, supermarkets and numerous bars and restaurants.

There are several sandy beaches, and an abundance of restaurants & bars to suit all tastes, all within a few minutes walk. For golf enthusiasts the apartment is a mere five minute taxi ride to the Compostella Golf course which can be seen from the terrace. Taxis are cheap and readily available, as is car hire.

This apartment has only been recently acquired by us and has been furnished to a high standard both inside and out on the terrace for home from home comforts It is in a quiet location on the top floor of the front row of the complex so you get totally uninterrupted sea views on this very private terrace. This accommodation would be highly suitable for the more mature person and therefor we do not accept bookings from young couples. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED The kitchen has been totally updated in May this year.It has a brand new oven with grill together with a four ring ceramic hob,new fridge, new microwave, new kettle and toaster.and has been completely retiled. For guests who like the occasional night in, this apartment has every facility needed to prepare your own meal, if , like us you find it difficult to tear yourselves away from the fantastic views and remarkable sunsets from the large terrace.

Both myself and my husband have just returned from Los Cristianos having stayed for 9 days (22/12/07 till 31/12/07). This was a fantastic deal in a beautiful complex. The room, despite being a studio, was incredibly spacious. Lots of wardrobe space, huge bathroom and plenty of room for 2 without being cramped. A brand new kitchen with all the mod cons and Sky telly/ BBC1, ITV etc to keep you up to date if required.Fresh decor and furniture that is in pristine condition are also what you get if you book this property. The balcony is huge with a patio table/chairs and 2 comfortable sunbeds, it also enjoys the sun for the most part of the day. The view over Los Cristianos town is, as they say, "To Die For". Don't be put off by the fact that Port Royale is positioned in possibly one of the highest areas in Los Cristianos, after 2 days you find the hike uphill is less strenuous and quite enjoyable. In any case, taxis are plentiful and very cheap compared to the UK. Moreover, there are so many lovely restaurants and pubs in the immediate area that you don't really need to go downtown if you want company, a nice meal or entertainment - these are all within easy reach. Andy, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and we regularly corresponded via email and mobile text messaging. He really cares that all is going well during the holiday and even when we returned home, he still texted to make sure that we had a good time and that we arrived home safely. We've been to Los Cristianos 11 times over a period of 7 years and this apartment will go down in our memories as being one of the best. We would definitely recommend this property, absolutely no complaints.
