This privately owned, one bedroomed apartment is ideally located a 5 minute walk from the town centre and just 10 minutes from the seafront. Close enough to walk into town for a pleasant evening stroll, but far enough away for an undisturbed night's sleep. It has been extensively refurbished and redecorated throughout. Parque Margarita is a quiet development with a beautiful lobby area, full of Spanish charm and exotic plants. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. There are two pools and plenty of room for sun bathing. There is a friendly pool bar serving snacks and hot food throughout the day and even a 'Sunday Roast' if wanted. The apartment is fully equipped with an open plan kitchen, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and fan. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. There are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. You can also have free admission to the new Paradise Park Aquapark if required.

Los Cristianos is in the sunny south of Tenerife. It is quieter than its neighbour Las Americas and more suitable for families and people who don’t want a noisy nightlife. There are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants nearby and several supermarkets on the doorstep that cater for all your needs. There is a regular ferry that takes you to the island of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions to see Mount Tiede (not to be missed,) or site seeing around the island. There are two fantastic local water parks for the children with a free bus, which picks up in the local area. Various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins and also various fishing trips. This holiday has something for everyone.
