New apartment on the top floor (level5) in recently completed quiet complex 5 minutes to Los Gigantes centre. Large terrace overlooking pool and gardens with sea views. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, full oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, kettle toaster and full crockery etc. Lounge with Sofa bed, Flat screen TV, DVD Radio, patio doors to terrace & air-conditioning. Single bedroom with twin beds TV,hairdryer,safe & fitted wardrobe, patio doors to large terrace with sea views. Bathroom with shower & inset pink marble sink comprising white suite with bidet, shower screen and large mirror. Terrace equipped with table 4 chairs & 2 sun loungers and clothes horse. Complex has large pool, children's pool, Jacuzzi & free sun beds and landscaped gardens. Lifts to all floors and free parking nearby. WIFI available on complex for guests use.

Puerto di Santiago and Los Gigantes sit side by side with the backdrop of the mountains and are generally quieter than other parts of Southern Tenerife. There is a small beach in Los Gigantes with a picturesque marina and many good restaurants and designer shops. At Playa de Arena is a blue flag beach, A 15 minute walk or 5 mins by car.There is a large supermarket on site.Car hire available nearby. There are many shops, restaurants, a spa and cafes within a short walk of the apartment and in Los Gigantes

The main bedroom has bedside tables a large chest of drawers, floor safe, hairdryer and large built in wardrobe. Patio door to Terrace with sea views.

We have a 24 hour emergency number and a local representative should any problems occur. The apartment has a washing machine/dryer, iron etc. BBC 1 & 2 ITV 1&2 Channel 4 & 5 are all available in the apartment.

Beach Blue Flag: Best beach at Playa de Arena 5mins by car or 20 mins walk.Puerto di Santaigo beach is 5 mins walk . Los Gigantes centre 10 mins walk where there is a small beach

Walks and Dolphin trips: Boats from Los Gigantes Marina for Dolphin and Whale sight seeing trips. Fishing trips from los Gigantes marina. Also many excursions to the Islands attractions e.g. Mount Teide are bookable near the apartment and leave by coach outside apartment. Also good and cheap local bus services. Taxis are also good value. Car Hire is cheap but not essential

Golf: New 5 Star hotel complex (Abama) and championship course 10 mins drive (Hosted Spanish open 2005)
