This first floor self catering studio has been completely fitted out to a very high standard and is far superior to the commercially rented units made available by the holiday companies. The spacious sitting area includes flat screen TV with satellite reception, video and stereo, 3-seater settee and armchair. The fitted kitchen includes two ring hob, combi microwave, full fridge freezer, toaster, kettle etc. plus cutlery and crockery. There is a new luxury bathroom with large mirror & lights plus generous shower cubicle. The balcony offers stunning sea, pool and garden views (1st photo below is taken from the balcony) - ideal for enjoying your morning breakfast or taking in the beautiful sunsets whilst enjoying a cool beer or glass of wine in the evening. There is a canopy which can be extended over the balcony should you prefer the shade.

The complex is situated by the marina in Puerto Colon, Adeje, which is on the desirable westerly side of Playa de las Americas. Approximately 20 mins from Reina Sofia Airport (Tenerife South - TFS) but not on the flightpat. Within a few minutes walk of La Pinta beach, with several further beaches in easy walking distance. There are also numerous bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Apartment prices quoted are for full weeks commencing each Friday.
    Changeover day is normally Friday but may be flexible by arrangement from 1 May to 30 September.
  • Clean linen and towels, water and electricity are all fully inclusive.
    The apartment will be available from 4pm on check in day although baggage may be deposited from 2pm. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
  • A deposit of £50 per week is payable to reserve your booking. The full balance plus a £50 refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your return, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation and the return of the keys.

Club Atlantis: In an excellent location, just a stones throw from the marina. The complex has a friendly atmosphere and a relaxing ambiance. This quiet but very popular front line 4 star aparthotel has 24 hour security and reception. The complex is maintained to a high standard, with pool bar, two pools (plus toddlers paddling pool) hair salon, launderette and internet computers available. There is immediate access onto 'Geranium Walk', a lovely sea front promenade which runs all the way from La Caletta, through Playa del Duque, Playa de las Americas and into Los Cristianos.

General Information:: The area is very well served by buses which will take you all over Tenerife. The cheapest way to travel is to buy a 'Bono' card which, whilst not compulsory, will give you a discount on all your trips. Mount Teide, Santa Cruz, Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz are all within easy reach by bus. Alternatively, taxis are plentiful & relatively cheap, as is car hire. One week car hire for a small modern hatchback works out at around £11 per day and can be booked through Auto Reisen (English speaking) on You can collect your car from the airport and, if all runs smoothly, arrive at the complex about an hour after landing.

Activities:: For those who enjoy walking, (and are fairly fit!) or those who enjoy touring by car or bicycle, Tenerife has a wonderfully diverse landscape to explore. You will soon forget those first impressions of barren countryside, for Tenerife offers dramatic mountains, plunging ravines, wild untouched coastlines, lush green laurel forests and the spectacular moon-like terrain of Mount Teide - all within easy reach. There are also whale/dolphin trips, site seeing and scuba diving excursions all available locally. GOLF - Club Atantis is ideally situated within a 15 - 20 minute taxi ride of five golf courses: Golf las Americas (18 Holes), Adeje Golf (27), Los Palos (9 holes par 3), Golf del Sur (18 holes) and Amarilla Golf (18 holes). All but Los Palos will require a handicap certificate. SIAM PARK - The newest and most exciting Water Park in Europe with the biggest artificial wave pool in the world. The apartment is a lovely with all the modern conveniences you would expect and the balcony is an excellent addition catching the sun all afternoon and providing views of the sea. The hotel itself was never noisy and very well located. You are literally a stone throw away from the beach, little marina, and all the shops,bars and restaurants you could ask for. The bus station that allows you travel the island is only a easy 10-15min walk away and you can take scenic walks along the coast in both directions for many miles and encounter some very beautiful sites.

The acid test, for me at least, is would I book this apartment again? The answer is yes. The vendor was easy to deal with, efficient, and the apartment was everything I expected and more. I., therefore, happily recommend this property.

Perfect peacefull location

We only had a week but wished it could have been longer. We are no strangers to the area, ( we have timeshare here, but wanted an extra holiday) and have been holidaying in Tenerife for the last 10 years. The apartment was well furnished and maintained to a high standard. Situated on same level as the foyer and only one floor down to the pool, the onsite amenities were all close to hand. The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes walk from both the Marina and its nightlife (good restaurants, Chinese, Indian, Italian and many varied Bars). It is also a short walk to the nearby large shopping centre and the local bus services. The resort staff were helpfull and friendly at all times. Contact with the owners Steve and Alison was regularly maintained with keys received in good time for the holiday.
All in all with the weather hotter than usual for time of year it was a great holiday with no suprises and I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone.

We've been using the apartment now for over 3 years. the location is fantastic, as is the complex. Always very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is well described and the photo's do not do it justice. Steve and Alison are always friendly and on the ball with keys, authorisation etc. Both my wife and I can thoroughly recommend this property.
