We have a choice of 2 luxury apartments in the popular and quiet Parque Santiago 1 complex. Both are as new, with brand new kitchens, bathrooms and furnishings, and reformed to the highest standard. Both have washing machines, safes, fans, hairdryers, iron, microwave and fully equipped kitchens. The 2 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms, washing machine, spacious lounge with satellite TV, stereo, hairdryer, iron, safe, ceiling fans etc. Sleeps max 4, sorry no children 7. It is on the 2nd floor overlooking the hotel Conquistador with a small sunny terrace. The 1 bedroom is also a luxury apartment with brand new kitchen, bathroom and fittings. It is duplex style with bedroom and en-suite upstairs and a lounge and kitchen downstairs. It has a small terrace overlooking a tree lined walkway which leads to the seafront and promenade.

Parque Santiago 1, 3 and 4 have probably the best locations for holiday homes in Tenerife. Opposite Santiago 3 is now named Tenerife´s Golden Mile due to the class of restaurants, bars and shops and at night you will certainly see how it gained this name! Opposite Santiago 3 is a lovely white sand beach, swimable all year. And there are several other beaches all in walking distance. The centre of Los Cristianos is a pleasant walk along the seafront as is Las Americas and the pretty promenade in front of the Parque Santiago resorts stretches for miles. Ideal location for wheelchair users as the beach adapted and staffed for disabled clients is close by. Close by are the golf courses, water park, marina etc. Locally there are a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops as well as top entertainment venues, a casino, spa, etc.

THINGS TO DO IN TENERIFE: If you get bored with relaxing at the pool or beach, there is plenty of ways to amuse yourself in Tenerife. WALKING: The coastline of los Cristianos to Las Americas stretches for miles, and there are beautiful walks up in the hills. Adeje only 10 mins away has a waterfall in its barranco and some excellent restaurants. Ask Jean for more ideas. VISIT THE ZOO-JUNGLE PARK: All ages enjoy this park and only 10 mins away. VISIT LA CALETA: Picturesque fishing village, with great sea food restaurants, and visit the hippies who still live there in caves.A good 2 hr walk. VISIT THE CAPITAL; SANTA CRUZ: Go on a bus or hire a car, lots of shops, museums, theatres, pretty parks and great cafes. CARNIVAL: Dont miss the great carnivals in Feb and march every year, Santa Cruz is the 2nd biggest in the world. LORO PARQUE: With the largest collection of parrots in the world, dolphin shows, seal lion, killer whales etc all set in lush gardens and well worth the trip to Puerto de la Cruz

we have just returned from a lovely week in the 1 bedroom apartment in Parque Santiago 1 which we rented from jean. We had a lovely relaxing holiday, the weather was great, the apartment we found very clean and comfortable, and was very well equipped. The pool and complex were lovely, relaxing and we found the position ideal for us, we enjoy walking about a lot. We would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice holiday home in tenerife. Thanks very much and hope to be back soon.

My stay in the villa in Chayofa, dec 2007

We stayed in the Chayofa villa for 2 months while we were looking for a property to buy, it was fabulous, everything brand new, totally equipped with everything you need. The views are lovely and we enjoyed both the smaller terrace at the front and the pool area. The pool was warm enough in december, although there is a heated pool in Chayofa that you can use.
It is a lovely sunny apartment and we love Chayofa. Its got lovely friendly bars and restaurants, make sure you go to the finca del arte on a sunday for jazz and BBQ
Ideal for families who want a bit of luxury away from it all. We have moved to a house in Chayofa and wouldnt want to be any where else.
