Location: Playa de las Americas in Canary Islands

Nearest Airport: Reina Sofia, South at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 100 Metres
LOCATION Parque Santiago 4 has the best location in the south of Tenerife. Here we have the best restaurants which can be walked to, or take a short taxi ride. Recommendations include Fortuna, Star of Asia, Teppanaki, La Rana on Santiago 4. Also close to the top entertainment venues, bars and nightlife. The new magic fountain with its night shows is only 2 mins away, watch the show from Harrys Bar above. The area of bars at the Patch is only 5 mins away, so to are the popular bars at Parque de la Paz. The Mare Nostrum resort next door has a casino, theatre, etc. Only 2 mins to one of the nicest beaches, with white sand where you can swim all year. And opposite the natural beach with opportunity to surf. Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a 10 to 15 min walk away along a lovely promenade that stretches for miles along the coast.

Superb appartment, very clean, in perfect position. Have been going to Tenerife for 12 years and this is by far the best appartment we have stayed in. Will definately be going again.

Superb apartment, great views, great location.

We stayed here for a week in September.
Superb apartment with all the facilities you need, and brilliant views of the gardens and the sea (which was only 100 metres away) from the balcony. Central location with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, plenty of things to do for all ages. Highly recommended.
We booked with Ocean-Management (in its 28th year).
run by Connie and Sheila who are both fantastic people. They will help you wherever possible. On our last day they let us have the apartment all afternoon (the room hadn't been let out again that day). Brilliant. But don't forget - normally you must be out of your room on the last day for 10.00am so the cleaners can prepare for the next guests arriving - so don't moan about it !! Those are the rules.
I would recommend booking with Connie and Sheila at Ocean-Management to anyone. They provided us with a great service and helped us have a wonderful holiday.
