Extra information:
Changeover day is flexible but Friday to Friday is preferred. Day of departure to vacate by 10a.m. Day of arrival- 16.oohrs but bags can be dropped off. Linen & bathroom towels are provided but are to be kept in the apartment. Beach towels are available though we do ask you to wash / dry them please, if they are used. Washing machine is in the en-suite shower room and on the upper balcony there is a retractable washing line. We have a weekly linen change/ cleaning service. If you require more it can be arranged privately with our management service with prior notice. There is a safe provided in the apartment. At the receptions of parque Santiago iii & IV, there is a full business centre service available - Internet, email & fax facilities. Tenerife:
There is plenty to do in Tenerife in any season as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & its very pleasant temperatures. There are plenty of sporting facilities close by & for the more adventurous the aqua park & adventure parks are within easy access. Plenty of sights are to be seen & tours are easily arranged if required. Los christianos is a lovely stroll away from the apartment taking approx.10-15mins with plenty of 'watering holes' on the way, if required! It is a popular fishing port with lots of shops, restaurants & local markets. Frequent ferries go from here to the neighbouring small island of 'la gomera' & other day trips to various places can be arranged locally.
Closer to home, the 'mare nostrum resort' next door to p. S. 3 has a spa, if you fancy a bit of pampering! The show there is also very popular as is the 'musical' fountains opposite, especially when sipping a cocktail at 'Harry’s' bar. Restaurants in that area are good too
Golf in Tenerife:
Tenerife as a true golfing destination has been waiting in the wings for several years. Golf tourism in Tenerife is booming. It has now 7 golf courses open for play. 'Golf las Americas' is the closest one to the apartment (a few minutes drive away) but easily accessible are 'golf del sur' (approx.10-15 mins drive) 'Costa Adeje' (10-15mins drive),'Amarilla golf' (close to golf del sur) & 'los Palos' which is a small but tidy 9 hole, par 3 course - good for a bit of practice!!! In the north & well worth the trip for the golfing enthusiast (approx.1hr or so away) are 2 courses. The 'real club de golf Tenerife' is a mature & popular venue and a brand new course that has already had some raving reviews. Also if you fancy a day out you can catch the ferry to 'la gomera' as they are promoting the golf course there at reasonable rates.
