This spacious fully modernised one bedroom apartment has a huge terrace with stunning views over the Sea, La Gomera and Mount Teide. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, radio alarm clock and a chest of drawers. There is a safe, hairdryer and fan. The bathroom has a large shower, WC and vanity unit. The kitchen is well equipped with breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, small oven/grill and a hob. All crockery and cutlery is provided, as is a welcome pack. The lounge area is bright and airy with 2 bed settees. There is a TV, DVD, CD player, selection of DVD's and CD's, playstation with games and a fan, even British plug adaptors are supplied for your use. Patio doors lead onto huge terrace with tiled area & 2 sun beds overlooking garden with table & chairs, all for your own use. Towels, Linen, ironing board, iron are supplied. Also available for your use are inflatables (lilo's), beach balls, toy buckets and spades. A mothercare travel-cot @ £15pw

Malibu Park is not in the noisy town center where the renowned 'Veronicas' is located. It is situated about a 15 minute stroll from town in the more peaceful area of Las Americas. Malibu Park complex is popular with couples and families, with child safe swimming pool, play area, snack bar, pool-side bar with cinema screen showing latest movies, tennis court, and courtesy bus from reception to the town center and is situated opposite the Aqua park in Playa de Las Americas and is within walking distance of all amenities in the resort. There are many beaches to choose from in Playa de Las Americas including the nearby Torviscas beach and the popular harbour and beach of Puerto Colon which are both a 15 minute stroll away from the apartment. There is plenty of shopping and numerous bars and restaurants to choose from all within easy walking distance from the apartment. Torviscas market is 15 minutes walk away and is on Thursdays and Saturdays..

Additional information about rental rates

  • Bookings may be made by e-mail or telephone. A £50 non-refundable deposit per week is required on confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure, with a £50 key/breakage deposit which will be returned to you within 7 days of your return, subject to a satisfactory apartment check and safe return of the keys. If not paid on time your booking may be cancelled and your deposit lost. Payment may be made by cheque, debit or credit card.
  • Prices quoted are for 2 people sharing. A small extra charge of £50 per adult or £25 per child per week is payable for extra persons (up to 4 extra) to cover for extra water, linen, and cleaning costs. A cot is available to rent. Prices are inclusive of clean linen, towels, water and electric. Keys will be posted to you approx 10 days before departure.
    Provisional bookings will be held for 48 hours for you to arrange your flights. If no new guests are arriving on day of your departure your check out time can be delayed to suit your flight times. A discount will be considered for bookings of more than 2 weeks or last minute bookings. This is a very popular property which has many repeat bookings so it is advisable to book early especially for school holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year. This saves any disappointment.

General information: There is plenty to do in the area including excursions to Mount Teide (the highest mountain in Spain) and many other places of interest. Information regarding these excursions is available from reception. Other activities include the Aqua park & Dolphin Aquarium, Sky Park, whale and dolphin cruises, diving & fishing trips, various water sports, golf, quad biking, go karting and Loro Parque. There is plenty of shopping and numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. Possibly one of the most exclusive restaurants on the Island, El Molino Blanco (White Windmill), is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The Geranium Walk is a sea front promenade which runs from Playa del Duque through Playa de Las Americas and into Los Cristianos with many fine shops and restaurants on the way. Tenerife is becoming a major player in the elite world of golfing destinations. Golf courses within a 10 minute drive of the apartment are Golf Las Americas, Adeje Golf, Los Palos, Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf.

The island of Tenerife: Malibu Park complex is situated opposite the Aqua park in Playa de Las Americas and is within walking distance of all amenities in the resort. There are many beaches to choose from in Playa de Las Americas including the nearby Torviscas beach and the popular harbour and beach of Puerto Colon which are both a 15 minute stroll away from the apartment. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do in Tenerife. There are incredible views and lunar landscapes at the Teide volcano and National Park; Aqua Park is opposite and the Dolphin show is spectacular. Las Aguilas Jungle Park will be enjoyed by all and has tigers, crocodile’s wildlife, Birds of Prey and Parrot shows. Loro Park (North of the Island has become very popular also. Boat trips and glass bottom catamaran trips can be booked together with all sorts of water sport activities including scuba diving lessons. There are also numerous dinner shows to choose from including the very popular medieval night.

All year round sunshine: Playa de las Americas is in the South of Tenerife, known for year round sunshine and therefore a popular destination throughout the year. This is one of the most privileged parts of the world and is the ideal holiday destination as it offers plenty to do and see during any season. Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and has a variety of landscapes due to its volcanic origin. The diversity and beauty of the island is hard to match with its hot beaches, dense forests and snow-capped mountains. Whether you want to live life to the full or find a quiet corner to relax Tenerife can make your stay on the island unforgettable. Take a trip up the mountains or across the island and see Canarian traditions kept alive in the old towns. Car hire is cheap in Tenerife and there are 6 golf courses on the island with very reasonably priced green fees. Tenerife is a duty free island and there are extensive amount of shops in Las Americas and Los Cristianos to choose from.

I took my teenage son and his friend for a week`s holiday, and was absolutely delighted with this lovely apartment. We wanted for nothing.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has an excellent shower, the bedroom has a double bed and 2 singles,(all very comfortable!), plenty of storage space, and a safe. The sitting room has a big sofa bed, and one smaller. Both the sitting room and the bedroom open out onto a huge patio, with fabulous views. A great deal of care has gone into making this apartment comfortable, and it is certainly very clean.
It is situated at the far end of the resort, a couple of seconds walk from the pools and `Splash Bar`. There is a good, friendly ambience here, lively enough to keep the teenagers happy, whilst the apartment itself remains blissfully peaceful.
Malibu Park is well maintained. All the staff are helpful and friendly. A really nice English couple run the on-site supermarket, and a little bar/cafe at the entrance.
Aqualand is just over the road from the site, and Siam Park is only 10-15 minutes walk, so this apartment is the perfect location for anyone planning to visit these 2 waterparks.
We ate out most nights,as I intended to take a break from cooking! It was not expensive, and nearby restaurants offered free bottle of wine with meals. Full English breakfasts were 3 euros, and very tasty!

Finally, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.
I felt the owners, Paul and Dawn, to be genuinely nice people. They kept in touch with me before we went, answered all my emails promptly, provided a welcome pack on our arrival, and all in all made sure we all had a wonderful weeks` holiday!

Rental Apartment, Malibu Park

This property is just like home from home. It is very spacious and clean. With things to keep the kids entertained such as a Play Station, a DVD player and video player. It also has a sofa bed which is very comfortable.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need such as a microwave, mini oven and grill, fridge, cooker, toaster, and most importantly, a kettle. As well as utensils, cutlery etc.
The bedroom is a good size and airy with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The beds are very comfortable.
The bathroom consists of a toilet, stand in shower and sink, which has a mirror above it and spot lights above it, with drawers and cupboards for you toiletries, as well as a plug socket for shavers and hairdriers etc.
The living room has a large patio door which opens up onto a lovely, large well maintained balcony. From the balcony you have lovely views all around.
On the Malibu Park complex you have a small super market which is very useful for those little bits and bobs you need. Also, just across the way from the apartment you have the Splash Bar which serves very nice food, drinks, and every evening it shows movies and even important football matches.
Also just a stones throw from the apartment you have a lovely large swimming pool which is very clean, and the area around it, you can sunbathe and confidently walk round in bare feet, though be careful not to burn them. The apartment is fairly local to a few nice eating places, and across the road you have a large water park called Aqua Land.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, whether it be a family, or a couple, young or old.

The Perfect Home from Home

My husband and I haved stayed at this lovely apartment several times now. We have to say that it is the perfect home from home for us. A lot of time and love has been put into creating this light, clean and airy apartment which is on a lovely complex. There are local shops within walking distance and a good selection of restaurants for all tastes. For us the massive terrace just makes for the perfect location to take in the magnificent views. The only regret that we have is that we can't spend more time than we already do there! Why not give it a try yourself - you won't be disappointed!

The apartment more than exceeded our expectations. It is extremely well appointed and located. It contains all one could need on a self catering holiday and is ideally placed, close to shops, bars and restaurants, and other local amenities. The terrace is huge with sun all day! Owners very friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended

We have recently returned from a brilliant 2 week stay in this very comfortable,well furnished apartment, all rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery, utensils, microwave, fridge etc. a breakfast bar and 4 stools.
The bedroom has patio doors onto the terrace, and a spacious built in wardrobe.
The lounge is nicely furnished with 2 comfortable sofa's, coffee table and T.V. with all the regular English channels, a games console for the kids (young and old) and a sterio system.
The bathroom was very clean and looked as if recently refurbished, with a large walk in shower, and plenty of hot water. Which brings us to the terrace, we were very impressed with the size of this huge terrace, private, and all ours, with tables, chairs, and 2 sun beds,and all day sun, there are 180 degree uninterupted views from the mountains right down to the sea and La Gomera and if you have a pair of binoculars you can watch the hang gliders swirling around the mountain peaks.
We enjoy eating out, and there are many bars and restaurants within a few minutes stroll, with very reasonable prices, a large supermarket 15 minutes away at San Eugenio, bars restaurants and entertainment, but in the current financial climate it is worth considering eating in, and what better than dining on this terrace with a cold drink, watching the sun go down and the twinkling lights of the distant mountain villages.
We found Malibu Park a clean, well run, and friendly complex, the apartment was quiet and very secure with double locking doors and grills all round. We met the owners Paul and Dawn while we were there and they were friendly and helpful.
We loved this apartment and will be looking to book again the early part of next year.
