If you want to be right near the beach and close to the town, but not too close for it to be a nuisance then this is perfect.
The balcony gets the sunrise and sun for mid morning, but when it gets hot provides lovely shade. It also overlooks the main roundabout to the Ave de Playa las Americas which provides endless entertainment watching buses trying to get around it in one go.
This apartment is independant of the complex (ie reception) but all facilities are available. Pool is fantastic and warm!
Accomodation is very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Great place to stay. We are a family of five and would definatly go again if we go back to Las Americas.

We found the property and location was excellent, we are a family of four 2 adults 2 children and would reccommend this apartment and complex to families looking for a nice clean apartment and complex to stay in. The area itself is surrounded by many family bars and restuarnts all within a few minutes walk of the complex.

This apartment is in a great location. Close to the best shopping in the area, a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and on-site pool and evening entertainment.

The apartment itself is great - having stayed at this resort before, the difference of having a privately owned apt was night and day. Television has Sky One for the kids and plenty English speaking news channels. Microwave, CD player/radio, spare UK adaptors, parasol for the beach, cleaning materials, fans in every room and on the ceiling! Plus the added bonus of not having strangers come in cleaning your room daily, Towels and linen were changed after one week of our two week stay

Only downside of this location is that is right above a street corner where mopeds are parked and revved at all times of the night - especially the weekends. But that can't exactly be helped.

All in all this apartment was great value for money, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
