The Duplex apartment has just been completely refurbished to a very high standard. On the ground floor you have a large living area, a dining area and a kitchen, from the living area you exit to a large spacious and secluded patio area where there is a barbeque and sun loungers to relax on. There is also a Shower room, Large Shower, WC & wash hand basin on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a Bathroom with Shower over bath, WC & Wash Hand Basin. The complex is situated in the desirable area of Playa de las America, close to restaurants and bars, and the upmarket Safari shopping centre. The complex has a lovely pool and sunbathing area, there is a pool bar and eating facilities or alternatively you are only 100 metres from the beach.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Playa de las Americas. The complex is Paque Santago 2 and the apartment has just been total refurbished to a very high standard. We are only 100 metre from the beach and walkway which you can access to stroll along to Los Cristianos. There is all the usual water sports available very close, and you a very short walk to the harbour at Los Cristianos where you can get numerous boat trips and also the ferry boat the Island of 'Gomera'.

We have recently returned from a thoroughly enjoyable time in Tenerife. Everything was as expected in the apartment regarding the cleanliness, its description and the facilities described in the advert. The owners provided excellent customer service and were extremely helpful and considerate.

You must visit Siam Park - amazing. Although not cheap, 28 Euros, it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are lots of bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep, catering for all tastes. Due to the convenience of a central location, you will experience some noise late into the night.

There is a beach close by but it isn't very appealing, but I would recommend taking the seafront walk towards Los Christianos (15-20 mins), where there are two excellent beaches with showers, toilets, changing benches and beach bars. They charge 9 Euros for 2 beds and a parasol. Don't do what we did and get caught out by the sunbed charges by the pool. I asked my soon to reserve three sunbeds and parasol, I was astonished to find that he had paid nearly 14 Euros. I checked onsite if this was correct, it was, you pay for the sunbed, mattress and paraol separately, which soon mounts up.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to all ages, but if you have small children be aware of the steps inside and out of the apartment.

Excellent location and lovely apartment

I stayed at this Parque Santiago 2 property with my daughter and teenage granddaughter in April/early May this year. I booked via the Owners Abroad website and was delighted with the service I received from the owners, Theresa and Donald.
The complex is centrally located and although not a new apartment, has been tastefully refurbished in a modern and comfortable manner.
The bedrooms are very pleasant with plenty of storage and the kitchen and living area are particularly well equipped and spotlessly clean,
There is a lovely little walled courtyard which is a real sun trap if you should prefer to do your sun-bathing in private rather than round the swimming pool.
The only slight negatives are to do with the complex and surrounding area rather than the apartment itself, as its central location does mean there is some noise from the neighbouring bars, particularly at night, although we didn't find it a big problem. The complex does make a charge for parasols and sun bed mattresses (although I think that certain beds were complimentary?) but as you would expect to pay if you were at the beach then it is probably no big deal.
The poor exchange rate currently makes this an expensive area to visit but there are a host of excellent restaurants in the vacinity and it is still possible to find reasonable value.
I would recommend this apartment for most groups, although the steps within the ground floor and the noise issues might not make it quite so suitable for families with very young children.
We had a brilliant holiday and would be happy to return to this particualr apartment in the future.

A lovely, spacious apartment; well-appointed and managed. One of the best apartments we've stayed in. Only two drawbacks - 1) There is a charge (locally) for sunbeds etc around the pool 2) Can be noisy at night due to proximity of local karaoke bars - but we'd still use it again!!

John, Marie, Jonathan and Kathryn just spent week in this very comfortable apartment. Close to every thing you need - lots of Supermarkets, Bars and fine Restaurants.
Only downside - A B-B-Q would be nice

Just perfect

Just returned from a week at this lovely apartment. The decor inside is first class and it is a well looked after apartment, well respected by those who use it. We thought it was very chic.

Perfect situation - by the sea, near the nightlife, shops etc. It had everything we wanted.

Will definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return again in the future. Communication with the owner was also very good.

If I were to choose one downside but not to do with the apartment more the complex- you have to pay for the sunbeds and mats at the pool but as long as you budget for that you dont have to worry. Poolside bar is very good value also.
