The Apartment with “air conditioning” Comprises of, Bedroom with 2 single beds, drawers, wardrobe, with hangers etc. Bathroom with English type shower, bath, WC, sink etc. Towels etc provided. Open plan kitchen / living /dining room with all furnishings including two double bed sofas. Steps out on to one of the pools, so you can sunbathe etc with out the hassle of carrying your gear all over. It is supplied with every thing you will need. Here are just a few: English TV, with all English channels, including BBC1 BBC 2 ITV etc,26” TV, CD, DVD, Video player, air conditioning, kettle, iron, ironing board, all pots, pans & cutlery. On your private patio you have table, reclining chairs, sun parasol and even a large BBQ. Full security grids fitted,,We will even meet you at the taxi rank situated just outside the complex, and take you to your apartment. A welcome pack, tea coffee, milk, sugar and water is waiting in your apartment. Laundry on site ..FREE WI FI SO BRING YOUR LAPTOPS...

Location: Playa de las Americas in Canary Islands

Car: not necessary
Mare Verde in Sunny South Tenerife. It is a large complex located in the exclusive area of Torviscas in South Tenerife. Situated just a 10 minutes walk from the Torviscas Playa beach and market, and is only 2 minutes from the new sky park. Aqua Park is only a 10 minute walk. And is only 15/20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Next to the complex is a shopping moll, its got nearly everything, Multi Cinema, supermarket Bank, pizza, McDonald, even a Mexican bar, many more cafes, bars, women clothes shops, kids toy and clothes shops, even a pick & mix sweet shop, its on three floors, with over 50 units, very upmarket, even clothes are more the designer type, moving escalators, lifts, even an underground car park. Its only a 5 minute walk past our complex, be sure to go and visit. The new Siam water Park just 10 minutes away.

just returned from a week in this lovely apartment. everything you could possibly need, and loads of space,and is spotlessly clean too. there is a pool right beside the balcony and a friendly bar right on the doorstep. the lovely owners live right next door, and could not be more friendly and accomodating.
andrea welcomed us on arrival, and showed us around, we were delighted with everything from the minute we arrived.
the complex has many pools to explore, and has undergone some major refurbishments, giving it the wow factor!
the complex is situated perfectly for the main areas, beaches, bars and restaurants, right aross the road is a lovely spanish cafe called il-classico........marvellous food and open very early. there's a supermarket over the road, too, right next to the best bar on the island......."the pub" with the friendlest bar staff, and the best pint, ever!
then only a short walk to any other lovely eating and drinking places, and lovely coastal walking promenades.
i would happily recommend this property.

My wife and I returned from this apartment just before Christmas and had an excellent time.
The apartment was just as described with everything you would need for your stay. It was spotlessly clean with fresh towels provided. The terrace/patio area is perfectly situated next to one of the complexes pools, so perfect for keeping an eye on children. The three bars within the complex are very good and provide a varied menu. Outside the complex are an assortment of restaurants, pubs and takeaways. We tried most of these during our stay and enjoyed each one. The apartment owners live on site and were very helpful if we needed anything.
We would recommend this property to others and are planning on returning again soon.
