Newly installed PVC doors and security gates to bedroom and patio with table and chairs plus lounger’s. Ceiling fans. Twin beds in bedroom and a double bed settee in living room. The apartment is cleaned before and after let. Clean linen and towels changed weekly. Cleaners on the Island are available to call in emergency. Situated in the heart of Las Americas, with beautiful beaches, marina, and only a short distance to waterparks. Within easy access to the famous Mount Teide (trips daily) or a beautiful drive. Coach and boat trips only a short distance and the Main Bus station only 5 minutes away. Local market twice weekly. Golf course at only 1 kilometre. Night life excellent. Plenty of restaurants to suit everybody’s taste. Porto Colon marina a short walk away. .100 metres to beach shops and restaurants. Car not necessary as we are in central location. No hills, new bathroom fitted and retiled. IF YOU LIKE JAZZ , visit club next door to dropin pub. open 22.30 till late
