This property situated in the beautiful Club Villa Mar complex offers very high quality accommodation set in lovely well maintained gardens with double swimming pool, (heated From Oct 08, sun terrace overlooking the sea with sunbeds and parasols. Villamar is a quiet resort with private access to the beach, Geranium Walk and the excellent restaurants and bars. San Eugenio shopping centre, Supermarket are 400m away. The south facing apartment has a 2nd floor balcony and small garden with magnificent sea views where you can relax while watching the beautiful sunset over La Gomera. The apartment is decorated to a high standard, is fully fitted with luxury bathroom, hair dryer, safe deposit box, electric fans and ceiling fan, fridge, microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle, clothes airer, iron and board. Very clean launderette on site. BBC/ ITV/Sat TV. CD and DVD player with an assortment of films and CD's. The balcony has table and 4 chairs / sun loungers. Retractable awning.

Club VillarMar is a seafront complex in a quiet, prime position on western side of Playa de Las Americas, close to Adeje with superb views over the sea and La Gomera Island. Just the sound of the sea is all that can be heard from the balcony as the sun sets over La Gomera. Just a few minutes walk away is Puerto Colon yacht marina, the Casino, and the Aqua fun park. There are several lovely sandy beaches close by with sunbeds, parasols and kids fun watersports play area. The centre of the Las Americas resort with its high quality shopping area is within 5 minutes walk along the seafront. Several top quality Golf courses are within 10 minutes drive. On site secure car parking is available.

my hubby and I were here for new yr 2006 absolutely fab views fantastic just a pity it was booked for new year last year It is clean right on geranium walk its the most relaxing place we stayed and sunsets to dream of thanks dave

We are frequent visitors to Villamar but this was our first stay at Chris & Dave`s Studio.The view from the balcony / lounge area is fantastic.The studio is clean & equiped with all the facilities you could wish for & with the addition of the new flat screen TV you could not find better.We would not hesitate to recomend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.The owners are very friendly & a pleasure to deal with.

Just back from staying at Dave & Chris's apartment in the villamar and we had a ball. Apt had everthing you could possibly need. Lovely view etc. Apt was clean and tidy, and dealing with the owners was a pleasure. The place itself is realllly cheap with lots of bars restaurants. The only one small thing i would say is the complex itself has more of the older crowd, myself and boyfriend and a few members of my family with children rented differnet apartments and although most of the people were friendly there was a couple that were not too pleased to have children around playing in the pool etc. Other than that it was perfect!!!! Thanks for a great stay dave and chris! Im sure ill be back some day! :)

fantastic in every way!

A perfect holiday breakaway! The pictures as shown on the website are true to form and the balcony with those breathtaking views are out of this world! Not to mention how clean and tidy the apartment was and also how beautifully and well maintained the surrounding gardens were. The complex itself has more privately owned apartments as opposed to a typical hotel resort which definately gave it a relaxed 'at home' feel. Plus the added benefit of having private access to Geranium Walk which gives you immediate access to the beach, bars, restaraunts, marina etc. Dealing with the owners for rental of this apartment couldn't have been easier and we were fully informed of every detail so efficiently. We will definately go back to this apartment as I wouldn't even look to stay anyway else, besides, I don't think anywhere else could offer us such an amazing apartment overlooking the sea as this did. Certainly ticked every box for our 5 day breakaway.
