Visitors return year after year to this attractive, intimate development of Parque Santiago 11 on the southern edge of Playa De Las Americas. It is about 20 min from the airport and is situated right on the seafront, with promenades leading to sandy beaches and to the nearby fishing port of Los Cristianos. There are a large selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. At Parque Santiago 11 there is a beautifully heated pool and a children’s pool with slide. There is also a poolside bar & restaurant. Parque Santiago 11 is attractively laid out with palm trees, an abundance of tropical plants and is well maintained. There are 2 supermarkets in the Complex & a large supermarket just outside the Complex. There is a great selection of bars & restaurants, right on your doorstep with the ocean and seafront immediately in front. Taxis are available nearby. The nearest Golf Course approx 1 mile. A full range of sea activities, Go-Karting, bus tours and boat trips are available

Apartment No G198 is on the ground floor with upstairs bedrooms & bathroom. The apartment occupies a front poolside position. Downstairs is a large garden and patio overlooking the pool. Sun is on the garden and upstairs balcony much of the day. Accommodation includes 2 twin bedded bedrooms, a new modern fitted kitchen- including oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and fridge freezer. There is also iron and ironing board. A large living room and dining area includes Satellite Television, DVD Player and CD Radio. There is also a sofa which converts to a double bed. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with duvets and curtains to match. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan plus a portable fan. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower. All rooms are furnished to a high standard. A cot, high chair, welcome pack and a money safe are available on request. Services are electric - No Gas. The Apartment is Cleaned and the Linen changed Weekly

The South Coast Resorts of Tenerife have all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday including almost guaranteed sunshine. The main tourist resorts of Las Americas & Los Cristianos have an endless supply of bars & restaurants & the nigh time. Scene of bars and discos continuing to the early hours. A great favourite is the Geranium Walk stretching from Los Cristianos all the way to La Caleta.. In Torviscas there is the Octopus Waterpark and in Los Cristianos and the New Harbour of Puerto Colon; there are boat trip excursions to different locations including Whale & Dolphin Cruises. From Los Cristianos there are regular ferry services to La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. There are regular bus services to Los Gigantes, Cala Salvaje, Las Galetas and the top class fish restaurants in Los Abrigos and El Medano. There are coach excursions-round the Island Tour, Mount Teide, Puerto de las Cruz & Santa Cruz. There are numerous Golf Courses-nearby Compostella Beach2 at Adeje and Golf del Sur.

Apartment was spotless when first arrived. Plenty of room for us 2 adults 1 child. Locality to beach is great on your doorstep. Pool is clean & comfortable. Centre of town. Close to bars and amenities.
Only issue i had was the towels for showers, changed once whilst there. We just washed them through when done with them though.
Great apartment and would recommend, no noise whatsoever. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment from 8th Aug 2008 till 22nd Aug 2008. Weather was great in the 30's each day. Cloudy on one occasion.
