Santa Maria Studio - Torviscas - Newly named Costa Adeje. The studio is situated on the ground floor, although the apt enjoys an elevated position ensuring more privacy for guests. The studio has been recently refurbished.The accommodation includes 2 single beds, a sofa bed, kitchen area with microwave, satellite TV,large ceiling fan & 2 large fans, iron and ironing board.We have recently fitted a security safe. The Santa Maria is perfectly situated for all the amenities that Las Americas has to offer. Being in the area of Torviscas it is only 2 minutes from the lovely La Pinta beach with all its water sports, children's play areas and beach bars. Lining the beach you will find many shops, restaurants and bars. Santa Maria is an apart hotel so you have the hotel facilities at your disposal, 24 hr reception, 2 swimming pools, pool bar / restaurant, internet access, hairdressers & self service laundry room. Breakfast,meals and secure parking are also available.

The apartment is in the heart of the Torviscas area of Las Americas, recently re-named Costa Adeje. It's a 2 minute walk to La Pinta beach and 4-5 to Fanabe Beach. The San Eugenio Shopping Arcade and Playa Fanabe Commercial Centre are a short walk away . The nearest supermarkets are Felipe & Netto which are 25 metres from the complex. There are a number of bar, cafes and restaurants on the Santa Maria's doorstep .Tenerife's newest cocktail lounge and outdoor €3million nightclub 'El Faro' is less than 5 minutes walk away The heart of Las Americas nightlife is a 7 Euro taxi ride away.

Notes: Could we please ask guests to take out their rubbish bags on a daily basis. This will help eradicate the chance of any unwanted guests around the apartment balcony. There are various bins on the complex and in the basement of the Santa Maria there is a large refuse area. (Ask at reception) For the future comfort of non smoking guests, could smokers please smoke on the balcony. i have just returned from a 2week stay. it was brilliant. the appartment is so close to everything, the hotel is lovely, the pools are lovely and clean and there is penty of room for everybody to sunbathe. the shops, bars, resturants and beach are all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
we went the same 2weeks last year and just had to re-book for this year.
i would highly reccomend it.

Hopefully future guests will enjoy the studio and complex as much as some past visitors.

Lovely studio just as described. Only downside was no sun on the balcony but that could be down to the time of year. Great communication from Stuart and Clare very helpful when booking.
Would recommend and would definatley book again. Complex in ideal location easy for everything, beach 2 mins away. 5 mins beach front bars & restruants.

Transfer from the airport is only 15 mins. The complex is in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants and bars and a 5 min stroll from the busy waterfront area. The apartment is located on the first floor and is clean and comfortable. In the complex there are 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds with mattresses to make your sunbathing more enjoyable. The poolside bar is reasonably priced and staff friendly. There is a weekly fashion show at the poolside during the day and on some evenings stalls selling jewellery, handbags and purses can be found in the foyer. Reception staff are very helpful and speak several languages. I would certainly recommend this accommodation as ideal base for couples.
