This is a lovely, well managed, friendly complex, with 2 pools, one heated, friendly pool bar/restaurant and great location near 2 beaches, a hypermarket, restaurants and bars. I have studios, one bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom apartments - all looked after by my efficient and helpful local agent. Spacious apartments with full size bathroom, kitchenette with two ring hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and everything you need to make a light meal. There is also satellite TV, a wall safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The balcony is quite spacious and is furnished with a table and chairs and concertina clothes airer. The beach is only a short walk away and there are two pools one of which is heated up. The Olympus pool bar features regular evening entertainment and serves a full menu throughout the day and evening. For the active there is even a gymnasium. Kid's club available every day except Friday and Sunday. My apartments do not have gas appliances for your safety.

Studio 123 is very spacious with full size bathroom with shower, kitchenette with two ring hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and everything you need to make a light meal. Crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. There is also satellite TV in the living/sleeping area, a wall safe for your valuables, CD player, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The sunny balcony is quite spacious and is furnished with a table and chairs for your al fresco dining and there is concertina clothes airer. We provide towels and linen for your stay, but suggest that you bring an extra towel for the beach. There are no extra charges for electricity or hot water. For your comfort and safety we do not use gas appliances.

The apartments are in San Eugenio a popular part of Playa Las Americas and Garden City is in an ideal location for both families and couples. Away from the rowdiness of the centre of Las Americas - yet still within easy reach if you wish - the Garden City complex offers an ideal holiday base. Only 5 minutes walk to two sandy beaches. Restaurants and bars etc are on the front of the complex and the San Eugenio Shopping Centre is on the corner with a large supermarket underneath. There is a large car park at the back of Garden City with a private gate onto the complex. The prestigious Puerto Colon marina with its yachts and international restaurants and sandy beach fronted by seafood restaurants is also only a short stroll away. From here you can take a boat trip to see the whales and dolphins. Or go deep sea fishing to catch Tuna & Marlin, or just chill out and enjoy a drink overlooking the bay.

The first time i'v ever booked a holiday let on line. It was so easy and Janette was very helpfull. I was traveling alone, but linking up with friends in the town. The studio was perfect for me, close to all the shops, eating places and beaches. The variation of bars & restaurants is amazing, lively bars, quiet bars and from snacks to wonderfull meals. From this location i could walk alone the seafront to Fanabe, to the west or Los Cristianos, to the east. I would recommend this as a base for anyone, except people who cannot walk up hills or steps. I will be booking with Janette again.

Superb apartment

I have just got back from spending 11 nights in this apartment and i have to say it was absolutly superb. The apartment is very clean and modern and is ideally situated for the many bars and restaurants the area has to offer and is also a 5 min walk to the beach. The complex that this apartment is on is also lovely with a great pool bar offering a great range of food and drinks and two lovely pools, the largest of them is heated

Thank you Janette for making this a wonderful holiday and I will be booking for the same time next year

Garden City Studio

This is a very reasonably priced studio in the centre of the resort. It is clean and tidy and right next to the pool and bar. The bar staff are friendly and welcoming and the compere and featured artists make every effort to involve the customers in the entertainment, even during the quieter parts of the season.
Food and drinks at the bar are inexpensive and there are good restaurants nearby.
The use of the safe is free - a bonus for guests on a budget. I will definitely return.

I usually book at the last minute. This very easy with Janette as she accepts credit cards and the booking confirmation and accommodation vouchers are sent out by email. All it takes is a few minutes!

PERFECT LOCATION IN PLAYA DE LAS AMERICAS

Hi there,
Just came back 15/8/08 after 1 wk at the pefectly located olympus club at garden city.We bkd a studio & 2 bed apt with janette for a family holiday.Knowing the area helped in the bking of this holiday.Beaches only 10 mins away,so is the aqua park.Big supermarket at the st eugeno shopping mall, less than 5 mins walk.Small shop on site which is handy.Check-in & out went smoothly,although you have to be patient & wait your turn.All staff very polite,helpfull & courteous.The 2 minor faults we had at the apts which were spotless, were dealt with immediately.You have to be up early if you want a nice spot at the lovely pool.A good chinese resturant across from reception, which does a nice buffet for only 6,50 euros.Next to that some british bars with entertainment on most nights.Handy if you want to stay local.All in all we had a good time,& would reccomend booking with janette at olympus club.

Owner's Response: and now that the new attraction - Siam Park - has opened almost next door to the complex, there is even more reason to stay in Garden City or Club Olympus@Garden City.
