This apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is modern, comfortable and has ceiling fans throughout to keep it cool. Bedroom one has a king size bed & doors onto the private patio, which boasts trees, plants & personal patio furniture. Bedroom two has twin beds, & the lounge area contains a stunning bed-settee & dining area for six. There is also a 32'plasma TV with satellite connection & a DVD player. It is ideal for families as it is on ground level, & the walled patio means no escape for inquisitive little ones! It is also suitable for the elderly as it is all on one level & has a large walk in shower. This is a truly stunning apartment, old & young alike will love its location and cool modern decor. Holidays should be a luxury break, & if that is what you are looking for, this is the apartment for you.

The apartment is located in Parque Santiago 1, which is one of the most sought after complex's in playa de las Americas. It boasts a large communal pool, which is heated throughout the year, and has a slide for children. There is also a pool bar which serves food and drinks until 6pm.There is also 24hour security. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and just a few minutes further to all of the popular shops and restaurants. It is a perfect location for anyone wanting a relaxing and enjoyable break.

The apartment details were very accurate and was spotlessly clean. We found the owner very helpful to deal with in terms of dates etc.
The beds and sofas were exceptionally comfortable. Parque Santiago 1 is ideal for location and is kept to a high standard. Although close to all amenities is quiet at night.
Even the doves are friendly in the totally enclosed garden!!!
We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

This apartment is beautiful!On opening the front door it was like walking into a show home.The walled garden is a real suntrap and lovely for eating outdoors.For an able-bodied family this is an ideal holiday apartment.
However,as a wheelchair user,it was less than ideal.I was unable to access the bathroom or the kitchen in my wheelchair and the shower was completely out of question.After hiring a shower chair I was able to use the loo!The position of the apartment is perfect for a short walk to the sea front in one direction or the town center in the other.There are plenty of supermarkets,including a 24 hour store,and a multitude of places to eat.When booking the apartment the owner was quite helpful and quick to answer my e-mails.After dealing with my problems as a wheelchair user it was a brilliant holiday and the perfect apartment for a holiday in this area.I would definitely recommend it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
