Spacious Duplex Apartment with stunning sea and pool views from both balconies. The bedroom has twin beds, satellite TV, dressing table, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron, the upstairs balcony has clothes area and 2 adjustable sun loungers with a small table. The bathroom has a full size bath /overhead shower/ WC/ bidet /and wash basin/sockets for electric shavers. The kitchenette has a breakfast bar with four stools, a four ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and everything you need to make a light meal. The Lounge area has satellite TV, a large sofa bed settee, arm chair,coffee table, sideboard with books for you to exchange. The downstairs balcony has a patio table and three chairs, and a large sun canopy. The cleaner is English and only a phone call away in case of emergency. The apartment is in a very friendly & well managed complex which consists of two pools (one heated), a bar which serves food all day with evening entertainment.

Garden City is in an ideal location for both families and couples, a short stroll to 2 sandy beaches. It is 15 min away from Reina Safia airport by taxi, approx 20 euros (£14.00); there is also a bus service from the airport. There are bars and plenty of places to eat nearby. It is situated on the outskirts of Las Americas but within easy walking distance to the livelier centre. The San Eugenio shopping centre is just down the road with a large underground supermarket. Puerto Colon Marina is 5 miinutes away with boats/beach and bars. There are plenty of outdoor activities near by i.e. fishing, sailing, scuba diving, tennis etc or for those who like shopping there are plenty of shops close by and a market on Saturdays and Thursdays nearby in Fanabe.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The Apartment is ideal for 2 people and prices are quoted for 2 people sharing, however another person can be accomodated for an additional £30.00 per week. I also ask for a £50.00 deposit non refundable upon booking, with the balance eight weeks prior to flight. And a £50.00 deposit for keys refundable upon their return. I am happy to hold the apartment for several days to enable you to find flights.
    We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance as we will not accept liability for loss or damage in respect of equipment personal belongings or personal injury.
  • The key for the safety deposit box will be left in the safe (please take great care of it as it would be extremely difficult to replace.) When vacating the apartment, please place it back in the safe where it was on your arrival. There will be a charge for lost or non returned keys.
  • Prices for Christmas and New Year are available on request

The Apartment: Is a Duplex which means that it is on two levels and is on the 3rd floor of the complex it is accessed by lift or stairs. The views are stunning from both balconies. There is satellite TV in both the living room and bedroom.

Location: Situated on the outskirts of Las Americas with plenty of bars and places to eat near by. A stroll or a short taxi ride will take you into the center of Las Americas and Los Cristianos or if you prefer there is a very reliable bus service which can take you all around the island with a bus stop outside of the complex and a bus station just down the road. Taxis are plentiful and very reasonable. There are golf courses near by and lots of other outdoor activities. There are plenty of banks and places to exchange money.

The Complex: Has 2 Pools (1 heated) a lifeguard at the main pool most of the day. A bar and restaurant with a pool table darts satellite TV daily activities are offered with evening entertainment most of the year. There is also a gym on site. A launderette is just around the corner. There is also a security guard on duty 24 hours.

Amazing value for money, great location!!!

We stayed in the apartment for a week in August 2009 (Maria and Alex -27/25 yo)

* Booking. Jane made it very easy. She replies to emails and text messages straight away. Keys and detailed directions were received on time.
* Location. 15 minutes from the airport (25 euros on taxi), 15 minutes walk to the amazing Siam Water park, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to big shopping centre, bars/restaurants/night life - very close, 20 minutes on the free bus to Jungle park. All in all amazing location - very quiet, but minutes away from the noise if you want to go out
* Apartment. Clean, spacious, both balconies have amazing views to the ocean, 2 pools on sight, English TV, books to read, everything (shower/oven/fridge/microwave etc) works alright.

to sum it up, our holiday was amazing, so much better than living in a hotel.

We booked through the website, paid full amount in advance; we then received the keys of the property and really detailed information on how to get there.
Great communication from Jane: emails answered within hours.

The apartment is big and clean, everything you need is there! It is also really quite but close to loads of pubs, restaurants and amenities (all details can be found in a guest book in the flat: where to eat, where to go...)

We had a car and the kitesurfers among you would appreciate to know that the property is 18km from El Medano, so less than 15 minutes by car. Las Veronicas is also very close, 10 minutes by walk.

The pool is great (there are actually two pools in the complex) and the view from the balconies soooo relaxing!!

It is a good base for your holiday!

You won't be disappointed!! book safely!

We hadn't booked privately before and were a bit unsure but having read the reviews we thought this sounded great...and we weren't disappointed! The apartment was exactly as described (and more) and extremely well equipped. It is an excellent base for Las Americas, within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, the supermarket, Siam Park water park and bus station. Jane was excellent and responds quickly to e-mails. We have already recommended to friends and family!

The apartment was excellent in every way. Fantastic views, clean and very accomodating. Close to all amenities but also quiet. A home from home, with games, cards, books, tv with all the usual home channels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone as it is so versatile. Loved it and would definitely return again. Jane replies to all your e-mails straight away and makes everything run very smoothly and its a pleasure doing business with her. 100%
Entertainment in different locations within walking distance of the apartment to suit all individuals.

Fantastic Holiday, Garden City.

I was nervous at the start of embarking on something like this but didn't need to be. Jane (owner) answered all my questions and even helped me with flight details etc...I was told when my cheque was received and when the keys would be sent and all was true to word. Jane answered my emails within days, and gave us full instructions of how to get there and places to eat etc....

When we arrived the apartment was so clean and the views were amazing from both balconys. The apartment has everything in it and is like home from home but with 100 % guaranteed weather--30'c most days in sep.

It is local to shops,supermarket,bars, restaurants and beaches, and everything is so easy to find, and everyone is so helpful.

Puerto Colon marina is a short walk away about 10 min and whale and dolphin excursions run from there just go to the kiosk situated there, and they are brilliant. The beaches are also very clean around there.

There is a guest book in the apartment and in there is loads of holiday tips and directions of how to get to so many different places, written by holiday makers for holiday makers its brilliant.

I definatley recommend this to my friends and hope to go back next year all being well.
