Situated in 1 of the most sort after area's in las Americas, this stunning 1 bed apartment caters for all tastes. Re-furbished to the highest standard, you will not be disappointed with the decor, fabulous views & location of this beautiful apartment. Situated on the 5th floor you have stunning views from both sides. to the front over the pool & harbour & to the rear over the beach at Fanabe , over to La Gomera & up the mountain to Teide, the highest point in Spain. Catching the sun as it rises from the east, you can relax on the balcony over breakfast, until late afternoon. The apartment comes fully furnished, with LCD TV in living room including DVD, Hi Fi as well as some complimentary disks. In the bed room there is another portable TV with an X Box, including an assortment of games. There are 2 remote controlled ceiling fans if required during the hotter months, but we find, with being on the 5th floor, there's a cooling breeze flows through by opening the windows.

Very popular aparthotel just 500m from 2 lovely beaches, surrounded by many restaurants, bars & entertainment. It takes 5 mins to venture to the marina at Puerto Colon, where you can experience all the water activities, you can walk along the 'safe' promenade south to Los Christianos or north as far as La Caleta, without walking along a single a road, the views are spectacular where ever you glance & there are enough shops and cafe's along the way to keep you entertained. There are also play area's, trampolines & mini golf for the children, including giant inflatable climbing frames & chutes in the bay, watched over by trained lifeguards. A water park is within walking distance, with performing dolphins, and a short bus ride away is the Eagle park & monkey zoo. Night time brings a feeling of tranquillity, where you can relax with a meal & glass of wine while watching the sun set over the Island of La Gomera, or you could hit the night life of Las Americas a short taxi ride away.

Notes: In the apartment is a micro-wave grill, there is a hair drier, iron & board and a pair of binoculars to enjoy the fantastic views. Sunbeds are free on the communal terrace, smoking is allowed on the balcony only. The apartment is cleaned before arrival & every 7 days there after, including towel & linen change, any additional cleans require additional charges. there is a weekly barbecue run by the hotel, including entertainment, incures a 12 Euro charge per person. Telephone accepts incoming calls only but you can contact reception & other internal rooms in hotel. The Internet facilities are in the hotel reception, which for a small charge you have full use of, along with all the other hotel facilities. Car hire can be organised by the hotel & sometimes parking is included in the price.

Just came back from a 11 night stay in Brian & Dinah's luvly apartment, just like home from home, all amenities are easliy accesible and luvly area in Peurto Colon, would recommend a night at the Valencia Restaurant along the path from the Marina, near the parrtos!!! Home form home, thanks again!

billy&margaret Kilmarnock Scotland 26 june to 10 july.Perfect place in every way. We have been to Tenerife many times over a period of 26 years but this has been the best of all. Las americas is looking better than ever. Hope to be back sometime in the future.

Apartment exactly like description, beautiful decor and very clean. Brian and Dinah were very helpful with all queries we had prior to our holiday. Our party of 8 staying in 4 apartments within Santa Maria took all the details of the accomodation. We have rebooked this apartment for next year as we know we will not be disappointed. The Sun Inn serves good food but only go if hungry the portions are huge. There is a very large supermarket within walking distance up the hill but a taxi is required back if carrying heavy items, the choice of fresh meat fish veg etc. was superb and the prices were very reasonable.
Great fun watching guests grabbing sunbeds from 8am onwards but there is no need - we found beds no matter what time we went to the pool. The supermarket at the bottom of the ramp to the hotel is handy for fresh baked bread. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of holidaying in Torviscas as it is very central and near some nice beaches. Can't wait to get back next year.

This is the second time I've been to the apartment as I was there in May 2008. What a fab apartment. Everything you need is there and more. Great views from the balcony, use of 3 pools (one heated), situated in an excellent location, with all the bars and restaurants nearby, Bentley's for breakfast and Mario's for an extra special tea. Apartment clean and tidy as always, cleaned to perfection and maintained to very high standards. Excellent customer service from owners and hotel staff always happy to help you.

What a beautiful apartment. Everything you could ask for and more. Well equiped, we eat out most of the time but there was everything you would need to cook. Beautiful view from the balcony over the harbour. Excellent location, close to all the bars and restaurants of both Porto Colon and Fanabe. We had breakfast every morning at Bentlys. Went to Goodfellas in Las Vista a few night for a meal. Good food and excellent service.
