Malibu Park Apartment in Tenerife. Newly refurbished modern Penthouse apartment on the Malibu Park Complex in San Eugenio, Playa de Las Americas, Tenerife. The Accommodation which sleeps 4 comprises of: Lounge: with 2 seat sofa and 3 seat sofa bed settee, TV (BBC1-2 & ITV) DVD/CD Player, Playstation2. Kitchen: cooker / hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and sandwich maker. Bathroom: with shower, WC, sink, shaving point and washing machine. Bedroom: with 2 twin single beds, travel cot, wardrobes, drawers, hair dryer and safe. Balcony: overlooking the pool and sunbathing area, sports bar and pool tables. Also included in the apartment is Iron & Ironing board, dining table and chairs. Children’s play area with swings and slides, 24hr security, tennis courts, supermarket and laundrette.

Nearest Airport: Tenerife South (Renia Sofia) at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Los Cristianos at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres

Directly outside the complex is Tenerife’s main water park including one of the best dolphin shows in the world. Approx 10 mins walk is the new 'Siam Park' 'The Water Kingdom'. Siam Park, the water kingdom opened its doors in 2008 as the most spectacular theme park with water attractions in Europe. Also outside the complex are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and bars, including “Paddy ‘O’ Taffs sports bar with all UK live sports, and Hemmingways Karaoke Bar. Within 5 mins walk are 2 Chinese, 4 Italian and many more restaurants, some of which do a superb English breakfast. It is only a 10 min walk to the large shopping centres and very popular “Puerto Colon”, with it's beautiful beaches, boat trips to see the whales and fishing trips, there are also many restaurants and bars. A free daily bus service from the complex will take you to Tenerife's most popular tourist destinations, details of which can be obtained from the reception area.

A credit to the owners.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, clean, modern, well maintained and spacious. The complex as a whole was well maintained and kept clean and tidy. A lifeguard was also in attendance during the pool opening hours.
The location was good, not too far from the major shopping and entertainment areas, but regular visitors to Playa de las Americas will know it is hilly and many apartments have steps, so not necessarily ideal for those with mobility problems. We are regulars to this area and find that there are sufficient bars/restaurants locally to negate having to go into the main areas each day. The complex is direcly opposite Aqualand and a short walking distance from the new Siam Park which opened in October 08. Aqualand has a sister part - Jungle Park and the bus for this stopped outside Aqualand too.
Buses are cheap, main stop near the San Eugenio shopping centre, but the main bus station not too far away either. If planning to explore by bus, recommend buying a "Bono" card which saves more money on fares.
We (Mum, Dad and two older teenage boys) had a great time here and overall, would recommend the apartment to anyone who does not have mobility problems, even though pushing buggies up the hills is hard work!
Pubs I'd recommend - Tudor Rose, Toby Jug, Hemingways.
Restaurants I'd recommend - Mama's (Italian), El Rodeo (if you like meat (carved from swords), you'll love this! - a short taxi ride away), Pheonix.
Customer service from the owners is excellent, good communications, prompt service and we were lucky enough to meet them - lovely genuine people, very accommodating. The apartment is a credit to them.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

we really enjoyed our stay at this property which was very clean and tastefully furnished ,there is everything you need in the apartment including a washing machine ,which meant i did nt have much dirty laundry on my return to the uk. There is also a metal gate at the door which is a great security feature . As this property is on a bit of a hill i would`nt recomend it for people with mobility difficultys , there are a few bars and resturants round about and a shopping complex at the bottom of the hill which has a big supermarket reasonably priced .As a frequent visitor to tenerife i would definatly think about renting this apartment again as the service michelle provided was first class

The apartment was all we expected and more! Malibu park complex is very clean,friendly and active (if you want it) the reception and reps are very helpful even if you are not travelling with their company, I recommend you use the map of the complex as it is quite large. You are about a 20 min walk from the main town and beach( 5 euros for a taxi), but there are 2 pools available as well as a poolside bar/restauraunt on site.
The apartment was clean, and all linen and towels were provided, the kitchen was fully functional with oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, there was even a washing machine in the bathroom!
Michelle was a fantastic owner, with excellent customer service, and I would recommend it to anybody who wants a nice place in tenerife.
If you are disabled, there are lifts to the 3 floors, but it's not really suitable.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
