One bedroom apartment available for rent in Las Americas, sleeps 4 adults. apartment recently refurbished to a high standard. Apartment on ground floor, complex has 3 swimming pools and pool side bar. Bathroom with overhead shower, sink, bath and toilet. Kitchen: cooker, microwave , toaster, kettle, fridge & washing machine. Living room: 2 large sofa beds, SKY tv, dvd & ceiling fan. Bedroom: 2 single beds, double wardrobe, ceiling fan and safe. South facing balcony with table and four chairs.

The apartment is a 5 minutes walk to the beach, a 15 minute walk to the aqua park and a 5 - 10 minute walk to the sky park. There are plenty of shops, bars & restaurants close by with endless places for all to visit. The airport is a 15 minutes drive by taxi with plenty of taxis near by or we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport at a lower price than the airport taxis.

Playa de las Americas is the main town in the south of the island. In the centre there is all one would want for nightlife. In the Torviscas/adeje area where our apartment is situated it's a little quieter but our nearest big shopping centre in San Eugenio is heaving with restaurants, shops and bars situated around the marina Puerto Colon. The beaches in this area are excellent. If one day you don't fancy the beach, you can always take a 15 minute walk from the apartment to the Aquapark (Water park) Golf is also now very big on the island. There are half or dozen or so good courses near by, plenty to satisfy any avid golfer!. The Sun inn , Wigan Arms, Ship , Lodge & Harveys restaurants are approx 10 minutes walk from the complex. Next to the Aqua park for those of you sporty types there is a tennis club where you can hire a court for a very reasonable price!

have just returned from 2 weeks would like to say a big big thankyou to bev for use of the appartment it was great,clean well equipped and to be able to get around pools without getting up at some ridiculous hour was absolutley brilliant stayed there years ago when it was a holiday resort its alot better and cleaner now would not hesitate to rebook or recommend to friends and family.good central location in better part of las americas but still only a 20 min walk at most to clubbing area.great bars and restaurants 2 mins away have been going to tenerife for 12 years now and this has got to be one of the best .big thanks for arranging pickup at airport was great and no fuss getting keys or having to wait. from all the family a big thankyou again will be back to book again soon x

Thank you for letting us rent your apartment, the location was fantastic and the complex was very clean and tidy we had no problem getting sun beds and find it very useful that there was loads of bars and restraints on our door step, this was a very helpful to us because we elderly couple and didn’t want far to go.
We were very pleased how spacious the apartment was and it was a bonus that it had a washing machine. I will be definitely coming back and will recommend it too all my family and friends will be in touch shortly

just arrived back from this apartment and had a great time, it is very close to the beach and bars and restuarants so there was plenty to keep us busy. the pools were excellent as with there being three to choose from we were spoilt for choice and there was no over crowding or fighting for sun beds which was a bonus as we didnt have to get up early like pevious apartments to get one. would definetly reccomend this to anyone and will definetly be going back.
