They are in a great location in the heart of Playa de las Americas, but situated in a quieter part away from the main hustle and bustle. Its next to a large range of shops and only about 5-10 mins walk to the beach. The studios will comfortably sleep 2 adults and a small child. The one bedroom apartment will sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children, although it is in Las Americas this complex is aimed at the more mature age group, couples and families. In winter you have more young at heart staying on a long term let. I have 2 studios and a one bedroom apartment on this complex so thats why the availability looks good as not all 3 are usually all booked at the same time.
