This is arguably one of the most fabulous and luxurious penthouse apartments available in Tenerife. No expense has been spared on this property. This designer penthouse apartment has solid marble floors throughout each room. The kitchen is designed and made in Italy and shipped to Tenerife. Solid granite worktops and granite wall tiles guarantee the opulence of this apartment. The granite table top continues the luxury. In the same vein the chairs have been specially made to complement the grey and silver glass doors of the kitchen. The extra large fridge freezer and dishwasher are all integrated and only top quality appliances have been installed. What about the glass extractor fan, if this is not wow factor then you will have to go on a taste education course.The microwave is Bosch and is a built in wall mounted unit. Direct path to Beach and Marina.: The Apartment is a 15-minute taxi ride from the Airport, which should cost no more than £12-£15. There is a telephone in the apartment for incoming calls only. There is a public phone box at reception but this is expensive. Buying a Spanish chip to put in your own phone is a good alternative to keep costs down. There is a mobile phone shop 5 mins walk away. There is a 24 hour reception and night security staff on call. In the bathroom there is an extra large water cylinders that you have ample hot water. Each Bedroom is ocean facing and has a door to the Balcony which overlooks the pool. The largest and cheapest supermarket in Las Americas is the Mercadona and is only 150 metres away, and offers all the provisions you are likely to need. Large choice and variety of restaurants in the area too numerous to mention. There are 5 banks nearby and English is a second language to some of the staff. Fan in each Bedroom. Drying line on Balcony.

I have stayed at various apartments in the times that I have been going on holiday to Tenerife but I have to say this apartment was and is the best. From the staff that greets you, to the layout everything you need is in the apartment. Most of the shops are on the door step from the supermarket to a chemist. The restaurant that we ate in several times and the paella was the best is Rossini. As you walk out of los Geranios turn right and walk all the way past the chemists and use the crossing to cross on to the left side of the road then continue as if you were walking towards the motorway and Rossini’s is on the left. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do every time we visit.

Me and my husband spent our honeymoon there and we couldn't have booked a better place! Everything was just perfect! The apartment is modern and nicely decorated, equipped with all the appliance you need. There is huge balcony with sunbeds so you can take a private sunbath, if you don't like the noise of the beach, or you can enjoy drink at night, admiring the beautiful view. The beach is located only two minutes walk from the apartment, all pubs, bars and places to eat are on the doorstep. Really good place and the airport is just 20 min. drive from the hotel. Truely reccomend.

We spent a wonderful holiday in this penthouse. Everything was as promised in the description: top modern and tasteful. Everything is perfect for making food.The view can not be better: almost 180 degrees sea in front of the you. The place is very central but however peaceful. Can recommend.
