We have a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of Compostela Beach overlooking the pool. The apartment is in an established 3 star complex on the border between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, and located on the best beach of the two areas. There's a free-form freshwater pool, extensive sun terraces with free sunbeds, 2 restaurants/bars with entertainment and 3 mini markets on the site. The complex is surrounded by a wide choice of restaurants and shops and is a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The shower room is fully tiled with a walk in curtained shower, hand basin unit plus WC and bidet. 2 Bedrooms - twin beds in each and full size fitted wardrobes. Patio doors in the main bedroom leads onto the balcony. In the kitchen there's all modern conveniences - ceramic hob, oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave and all kitchen essentials. Outside - the balcony is double length overlooking the pool, with new sun awnings, which can be pulled open in the afternoons to shade the sun. General - A safe is fitted for your valuables. All linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided and changed on a weekly basis. The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. A TV, video recorder and DVD player is provided (some videos and DVDs available for your use). Internet access available on the complex.

The apartment has been completely refurbished. Every floor has been retiled with ceramic tiles. A brand new kitchen with new units and worktops. All appliances are new - ceramic hob, oven, extractor, fridge, washing machine and microwave. The bathroom has been replaced by a brand new shower room which is fully tiled with a walk in curtained shower, hand basin vanity unit plus WC and bidet.
